The bank was nit swept out. We only used it to bring some boxes from IKEA back to Troy, OH. We did not get anything in the back of that truck. It was already dirty. It wasn't just on empty…the low fuel light was on at pickup. We brought it back with 1/4 tank. I took pics. There were crumbs in the center console of the front. We did not eat in the vehicle. It was hard to understand where we should park it. It said not to park in front of doors to the business but that's where it was parked when we picked it up. We put it on the side of the building. There was some sort of wire or something hanging down from the electrical poles. That was a bit concerning. We had to maneuver around it. It did what we needed it to do. When we registered the main driver, it didn't ask for the alternate people or pics of his DL. Had I known, I would have done that earlier. It took 45 min to pick it up and get gas. When you only have it 6 hrs, that could be an issue.

Location was a small tow truck office. Little creepy but on the main drag.Uhaul app was painful. Took 3 phones and an extra 35mins to finally be able to have it access my location. Hoping an operator would have been able to get me access to the truck if that hadn't worked. I ordered two dozen furniture covers but I'm guessing there were only 8-10 in the truck. I was still charged $10 for the others. I did not order a dolly but there was one issue on the truck

The gentleman that runs this business was absolutely amazing but U-Haul itself screwed everything up, didn't have everything set up properly and then I got stuck being charged for more miles that I would not have had to use if they did everything the way I requested it I am not happy I am absolutely and utterly disappointed and this has made me to the point where I am going to be canceling my two storage units once I get everything out of it U-Haul if you wanna keep customers you need to make some changes. Plus the truck I had to use is so old and when driving it was jerky to the point it actually became painful! Uhaul get your stuff together!

When I first turned on the vehicle when following steps for online check in, the gas guage was on empty. The truck had the low fuel light on and it indicated that only 23 miles were left until the truck was empty. This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE Also I had reserved 2 utility dollies and they were not on the truck. This is the 2nd time I have made a reservation with UHAL in the past 9 months and both times my utility dollies were missing.

Again. I'm not sure who's responsible for what? But U Haul dropped the ball big time! And your website is impossible to use! Glitches out. Times out, and obviously gives you the wrong size truck??

The mobile registration and return was a nightmare. It took almost 30 minutes to even connect to the website to pick up the truck (and we tried three different phones) and it wouldn't let me connect at all to return it-I had to call. GET YOUR WEBSITE FIXED!!!! It was incredibly frustrating…

I had scheduled an in-person pickup/checkout, but when I arrived to the location at noon (they were advertised to close at 1:00), No one was there. Thankfully I had a smart phone and was able to get UHaul on the phone and change my reservation to mobile/24-7 pickup. That went smoothly, but this all added 30 minutes delay in our move. Otherwise, the truck was clean and operated well.

Actually check your vehicles before agreeing to rent them to someone- ours had serious mechanical issues that could have led to our driver being involved in an accident.
