I had to go from Plainfield to colma to get a dolly because the one in Plainfield didn't have working lights. Would have thought that I would be compensated for the inconvenience

Next time, have a truck of the size we reserved at the location we reserved it at. Do not send us 50 miles to another location only to be told they don't have our truck either. Adam at the second location was very helpful, but U-Haul is not our favorite. Next time we will use a different company.
