The staffing at the first location was good, the second location was closed. Unfortunately the customer service representatives over the telephone were terrible. (This should be a question added to your questionnaire.) This was the most horrible service I have ever received!! The customer service reps on the telephone were not helpful. Will not access U-Haul in the future.

Truck was clean, but had loud screeching sound from left side at highway speed. Brakes squeeled on application. Windshield wipers worn out and would not clean windshield. Agent at OK Tire (JL) charged $25+tax for wrapping paper which lists for 14.95+tax at other Uhaul locations, even after questioning if price was correct. Rental paperwork was done early, because location was closed at time reserved (truck not taken until time reserved), yet contract start time did not reflect this. Generally, not happy with this experience.

Poor service rep was getting slammed between tire customers, phone calls and uhaul res/checkouts. I felt bad for her. It was too much for any one person. I would have snapped and walked out but she didnt, she was as calm as possible in the situation. Im amazed

The trailer was dirty when I picked it up After a short drive I decided to check the trailer. I found that the bumper cable that connects my car to the trailer was cuticle half, it was probably dragging on the ground . It was connected by a u haul employee. I used a pencil knife to splice the wires.I later reported this to customer service and the location where I obtained ed the rental. I asked that location if I could drop off the trailer at another location action, as Idid not want to drive the trailer at night, as I did not know if the lights would stay working . The u haul representative known asAngie said no ,and hung up n me. The next day I returned to the location a d spoke to the owner ,know as JL, her husband who said ,I see guys like you every day, somebody who wants something v for free. I the left the location.

I ordered a 9ft van and was told they had none and they would upgrade me to the 15ft FREE of charge but I still got charged 89.99 for 6 hrs instead of the 19.95 I was to pay originally I have rented from enterprise in the past and was never treated like this this was unacceptable and will never deal with ANY Uhaul ever again because of my treatment in Elliot Lake,and I will also be letting everybody in all the social media groups Im in of Uhaul rip off practices

We ordered a 20/Ft truck, 2 days before they told us we wouldn’t be able to get the size we needed. We had to get rid of a lot of my grandmothers things as well as bring an extra van with us. Not impressed what so ever and when I said something I was told oh well I can go else where ??

The original trailer that we were supposed to pick up had broken lights. The guy told us only 15 minutes before we were scheduled to pick it up and we had to drive 2 hours away to get it. Then we had to drive another two hours to Elliot lake to get a functioning trailer and the manager there did not even offer us a discount. We had to have him call his manager to give us a discount JUST to cover the gas that it took to go pick up the trailer. Worst experience, we will never use U-Haul again.
