Michael PruceyWhy is it if you’re staying local you have to not only pay for gas but mileage as well. I spent over $42 dollars on gas then turned around and spent over $71 on mileage. I only had the U-Haul for two days and cost almost $200 for two days this really needs to be evaluated and improved.

Again, courteous, efficient and professional. Very helpful in recommending other (unrelated) services in the local area.
Dennis GonzalezI had some issues with this reservation that cost me an hour of lost time. First, my reservation location was changed without informing me, so when I showed up at the reserved location, my location was 3 miles away from where the truck was. Upon calling, I found out the truck at the original location had broken down. Okay, the. I drive 3 miles (farther, so costing me money) and get to the next place. Now the app was not working and I could not check in. Called U-Haul and followed instructions but got locked out of text messages after multiple attempts. Forwarded to app support and it was a 10 minute wait. They were able to reset everything and I eventually got the truck, but annoyed in the lost time (I had a hard deadline so couldn’t use my full rental time) and extra miles.

Harry WaughI've used this location before. It was really busy with lots of trailers and trucks this time. Staff was very helpful in comepleting the turn-in. A suggestion for the trucks. Backup cameras would be most helpful for the trucks because of a lack of visibility in the rear.

Nick LanzaThe 7/8's fuel level was incorrect on the contract. Picture I took at pick up showed less than 3/4 but since I was in a hurry, I did not flag the discrepancy until the next day. I forwarded the photo of the dash board to the agent at OXR Small Engines and she sent to her AFM. Before returning the truck in Muscle Shoals, I spent $55 in gas at $3.19.9, which put the fuel Guage over 3/4's (more than what it had at the time I rented it. To return the truck I had to pay $49 more to reach the incorrect 7/8's fuel level. I was told that since I signed the contract and didn't flag the discrepancy before driving away, nothing could be done. I recommend training folks on how to read gas gauges and someone with Uhaul verifying fuel levels before renting the truck. Should have learned my lesson on the fuel levels based on a March 18 rental that supposedly had a 1/4 tank but ended up being close to empty. A second truck I rented on 26 March was missing the appliance dollie that I paid for. Identified the missing dollie in comments related to that rental and haven't heard anything about rectifying. I think I will be using another rental company in the future.
Greg MartinDriver windshield wiper was falling apart. There was a groove in the windshield as a result from long term metal rubbing. Check all safety equipment before rental.

Steven HallWe had talked the day before our pick up. Weather was to be very cold. They were open. We arrived on time and the place closed and my uhaul app would not accurately pick up the location. We had to drive up and down the road to make it begin the check In process. Took 1 hour to complete the check in and leave. It was 6 degrees and wind.
Renee DuncanThe trailer was quite used in the inside and the rubber bumpers inside left black marks on the furniture we put in it. We wrapped the furniture somewhat but not enough to prevent the wear. This doesn’t reflect negatively on the location I picked it up from. Just previous users.
