The folks at NW Equipment Rental are top notch and provide excellent service. I would rent from them any time. Uhaul itself provided a horrific experience. This was not in any way the fault of NW Equipment Rental. I made a reservation for a 15ft truck a week in advance and paid in full prior to pick up. I then started receiving many conflicting emails from Uhaul. This resulted in me calling at least once a day to try and sort things out. I was assured I had a reservation, but that someone would call me the day before by 6pm to tell me where to pick the truck up. Seriously? The night before you'll call me, right before I move, and I don't even know where the truck is located? By the way, it could be anywhere within a 30 mile radius. Well, they never called, so I called Uhaul to check the status. Uhaul stated they didn't even have a 15ft truck within 30 miles and suggested that if I wanted one, I could drive 40 miles south to get it. Unbelievable. A reservation at Uhaul means absolutely nothing. It's not a reservation of any kind because they don't reserve anything. I ended up smashing everything into a 10ft truck. They are supposed to refund me the difference. It's been a week so far and no dice. Unreal and total incompetence by Uhaul. Wonderful and pleasant experience at NW Equipment Rental.

The staff were great, location was just fine. The online check in failed though so the guy just stood there awkwardly with me for like 5 minutes, and then I got charged almost twice what I expected for some reason.

I got bogus charges added to my card without my consent. I was charged before I even left with the vehicle when I was never told that would happen. I have always been charged after I get back with the uhaul. Not only that they charged me for two days when I told them I only wanted it for one day. They did this before I even left with the vehicle. I signed up for in person check in, but apparently they were making the excuse that I did mobile check in. Which I didn't! The person at the desk checked me in and everything. They charged me for a dolly that they never gave me. They charged me for a $34 dollar insurance plan that I never asked for. They said I drove 90 miles which I did not! They also charged me for $1.29 a mile when I signed up for $.75 cents a mile. The persons excuse when I talked to the manager yesterday was that weekends are the bigger charge. Which I did not agree too nor was I notified of this before my card was charged. On top of all of this they charged my cars a second time yesterday, after they already over charged me. We already had the stress of moving and now this. I have used uhaul every time in the past and this will be the last. Absolutely not okay to charge someone's card without telling them. That's how peoples cards over draft. They only refunded a portion of their mistake and they never refunded the other portion of the over charges. This was a horrible experience!

This was not my original location. It was suppose to be beaverton near my house. We were redirected to Hillsboro by the airport and the hitch didn't work. We wasted 40 minutes of our time and they had all day to get the hitch ready and didn't bother to notice the hitch didn't work until we got there. Luckily this location had one hit we spent close to 2 hours picking up a hitch. Next time, I'd try to avoid using uhaul.

Drove an hour and a half to drop uhaul off and no one there. Then got charged additional fees after being told I'd save money if I dropped it there vs the one closest to me..

Lots of room to pick up/drop off equipment. Less traffic than U-Haul Cornell location. I will look to rent here first from now on as it's a bit more convenient.
