DANIEL VOlder gentleman was replacing owner due to Covid. The owner was kind to me on two occasions prior but the day I went to pick up the truck the older gentleman was not pleasant. I was invoiced over 200$ more than the amount that I reserved with the U-Haul drop off location a month prior. When I showed the man my mobile phone picture of the reservation amount he said that he couldn’t do anything about that and I would have to take that up with U-Haul. When I asked him if he was going to inspect the truck for damages so that I would not be charged he replied have you ever done this before? I said no, to which he said there’s stickers on the truck marking the damages. I walked out to a truck covered in snow and 0 degrees. I don’t fault the owner. I called U-Haul and they verified my 215$ less amount and she was going to email me that I should get a credit. I didn’t get the email. So I called the next day and a lovely woman named Brianna Harris I believe sent me a text and email documenting the over charge. Not a good customer experience

SIERRA STruck had 1/16 tank of gas.....really? The dashboard showed it had 31 miles remaining to empty. Truck had mot been swept clean.

Christopher AThe truck they rented to us was a lemon! The engine sucked, the brakes sucked, the drivers side door didn’t close all the way unless it was slammed. We drove 3 miles to load the truck and the service engine light came on. After we unloaded it we were very concerned the truck might die so we didn’t put in gas after driving only 11 miles. Note there was also only a 1/4 tank of gas to begin with. So after I called them to complain about how bad the truck was and how unsafe we felt they still charged us the fuel surcharge rather than demonstrating any type of customer service. I’ve rented from this location several times in the past. Never again. They told me they took the truck out of service but didn’t offer me anything even after telling them we couldn’t finish what we needed to do because of the mechanical issues with the truck. Uhaul was made aware of the situation.

Stacy HI was having an issue unloading one item and had to rent a second truck to make it work vs getting a 5 min loaner.
Stacy HIt's just a parking lot with no security, an easily defeated key drop. Felt risky to leave the truck so unprotected. I didn't speak to anyone so can't rate staff.
Amy MThe staff was friendly and gave us all the information that we needed. The service was amazing. This was during the heat wave of a 100F. I've rented from Uhaul before and I usually would just be given the keys, but instead he moved the van to the front of the store with the air conditioning running. Great service and would totally recommend this place.

DANIEL VI was not able to do 24/7 pickup, delaying my move by 1.5 hours, causing us to get stuck in traffic.
Alyssa LI was charged an extra mile, a fuel fee, and the truck was very dirty and the weather stripping on the windshield was loose so it was not a comfortable ride.

Mark CWorst experience, I’ve had picking up a U-Haul. Per Google reviews and with my experience they have a tendency to charge for fuel when you bring it back with the proper amount of fuel. Very shady business and the owner is unprofessional and the way he deals with his customers.

Martha SI made a reservation weeks ago and when I finally got to speak to a representative after waiting in line for over 30mins they told me they did not have a truck for me. Eventually they gave me a truck. The alignment was really bad on the truck. And I had to end up paying my movers extra money since they were waiting for along time.
