The person didn't want to work with you. You tell the how things are wrong on the contract and they say it's ok and to take pictures. You do that and they still charge you. They cannot do anything. They direct you to the office.Keir S.

The person I returned the truck to insisted I fill the truck with gas. The person at the pick up location said to return with 3/4 tank which how much gas was in it at pick up. At drop off I had to park the truck in a perfect location at their location. That's not my problem.KENNETH H.

I was overcharged for this rental. I just made a simlar reservation and it's 200 dollars less. I spoke the gentlemen at the drop off location and he said he would try and fix the issue, but I needed to file a complaint first. Simulated reservation, $398.00. I was charged $534.60.DAVID D.

The truck was rented by some one other than me. The system used my phone number and email address. I called the place and they promised to fix it, but they did not. I am sick of all the emails and text messages about the rental.LEONARDO L.

Location had 3 U-Haul vehicles and U-Haul person was extremely slow and somewhat confused. He kept apologizing for making me wait. Even though I had a contract number he asked me to complete application process all over. It would help if you could identify which locations are actually operated by U_Haul personnel rather than gas station attendants.JOHN O.
Nothing about this rental was self guided. The attendant insisted doing everything manually, in the middle of trying to run a gas station. I never even got the chance to use the app. I had to enter information I had already entered and wait a long time for him to multitask. The check engine light was on the entire time on the truck, and while the box was clean, the windows were covered in bird droppings and the mirrors were not able to adjust to my needs. For the price I guess it was OK, but I am a patient person for the most part. I can see where someone who is less patient than I would be quite upset.JOHN K.

This is absolutely insane you charged me for over 7,000 miles out and over 7,000 miles back I drove from Brooklyn to Dundalk and then from Dundalk back that is absolutely insane I will be making a phone call because you overcharged me wait wait too much you also charged me for the $98 safe move coverage which I didn't have any coverage I will be calling and getting this straightened out this is absolutely insaneEDWARD S.

The man who worked at this location and assisyed me had great customer service and very friendly. Willing to help me with the whole process. I was nervous and struggled to get the app working and he assisted me throughout the whole process. Thank you uhaul!Kassandra M.
This has been the worse uhaul location I've ever dealt with. Both times they did not clean the vehicle nor do a walk around. I waited longer than expected even after doing the mobile check in. We are in Covid and it was unacceptable. I had to take my own photos of the gas gauge and mileage. I will hit recommend this location.Tamara G.

I choose the â€œmobile pick upâ€ option and i couldn't check in when i got To the location because the site was down for â€œMaintenanceâ€ so i go Inside to tell the woman that i was Here for a mobile pick up and provided my reservation number and personal information. Well to my surprise they couldn't find my reservation and she asked me for all of my information again! So after having provided all of my information again they somehow were able to pull up my reservation (imagine that!) so after them pulling up my reservation they informed me that my total was going to be $165 i said That's not what was on my reservation and I'm not paying that much for a 10 foot truck! Then they came back and said â€œfineâ€ your total for today's rental is $129.30! So i agree To pay that amount and the lady hands me my keys and walks me to the truck and says okay here's the truck have a good day. Does not do a walk through or anything! We ask if she's going to walk through with us to note the obvious damaged truck and she said she would be right back as if we were inconveniencing her life. She comes back 5 mins later asking us if everything was good!? Like seriously!? So we took pictures/videos of the obvious, we contacted U-Haul who did an over the phone walk through with us since it was such an inconvenience having one at the pickup location! 100% would NOT recommend!IRENE B.
