UHaul needs to be honest. When I arrived at the location I was to pick up the van, I was told I did not have a reservation, someone in his family had reserved it. After calling the main UHaul office he gave me the van. SInce his computers were not working( so he said) I only received the contract on my phone, and as I was already delayed, i did not look at it, my mistake. When I received the final bill, I was charged for over an extra 100 miles and an additional half tank of gas. The final bill had the correct pickup and return time, which total 3 1/2 hours , but had that I drove 242 miles , which would mean I would have to average 70 mph for the time I had the van, which was impossible. I had indicated when I reserved it online that 150 would be the maximum. The actual was approximately 130 miles. Then the final bill said I started with a full tank of gas , which was not the case. It indicated there was 188 miles to empty( I checked as I did not want to stop until I was returning the van) . I bought gas just before I returned the van, and it was returned with 205 miles to empty. It was my fault for not checking ahead of time , but I trusted UHaul and the guy I was dealing with when I picked up the van. Again, my mistake. I immediately emailed Uhaul when I received the final invoice , but did not receive a response. I am sure someone in his family had used the van, which had not been reported to the main office.Very disappointed customer , who will never use UHaul again.

The toll free service sent me to Calverton, NY where there was no truck waiting for me. The people there were very nice but had to reroute me to Hampton Bays, NY. The toll free service had me booked for a trolly and pads yet forgot to include the truck. The man at Hampton Bays was very nice. The truck had no interior light which made for evening transporting very difficult. I will not use U Haul again. Very disappointed.

One tire was with low pressure , inside between driver and passenger driver wasn’t clean, not to important if is not clean but, tire low pressure was!
