Wanted to pickup trailer in Saint Paul 7 miles away. I had to go 44 miles north to pickup. Better product distribution is needed. Top management needs to be reviewed for this area.

The site is close to where I live and very convenient. I was worried about the key drop because there weren't any U-Haul markings on it, but there was a U-Haul sticker on the front door very near the drop box.
