Store advertised it opened at 8:30. Was not open. When opened the lock box for the truck there were no keys. Had to wait for the clerk to find them.

They were late in opening by 45 minutes and they gave us a van with no tread on the tire; you could see the steel inner lining. We had to return the van (couldn’t see the defect as it was on the ground) and get a smaller van. Delayed our move by hours and it was too small for our move. Not happy.

This trailer had issues with the roll up door. It wasn't noticed until it was time to load and go. It was difficult to open and close and eventually didn't close all the way. It should be retired from the fleet. The outside was shabby. No fault of this location. They were great.

This was the Pasco location, absolutely horrendous. I made a reservation on 3/18 got to the location 30 minutes early. Couldn’t find my reservation. Finally after about 30-45 minutes I was informed they only had 1 tow dolly and they were giving it to another customer coming at 5. Did nothing to try and help. Said someone would call. This is bunk we were leaving the next day. Called around and found ABC in Richland, the lady was Awesome, she tried many locations offered suggestions and in the end we picked up a tow dolly the next day. Will never go back to Pasco. They suck. I will however go back to ABC in Richland and will give them good recommendations.

Customer service was fine but he didn’t examine the trailer when it was returned and when he went to help me hitch it, he noticed it was missing a hook for the chain. I believe this could have been avoided if he had checked it when it was returned. He didn’t have a replacement. He offered to have me take it to be repaired but I didn’t have the time to do that. He took a picture of it and said he would make a note of it. He tied up the loose chain and said I should be fine. The location is in a part of town where homeless and drug addicts congregate. That made me a bit nervous but the fence around the side of the property helped a little bit.
