PEDRO TI was very displeased with the rental truck I picked up! From the beginning to open door was hard. By the time we took 2nd and final load, I had to go 10 miles with the door open!!! Cuz cable came off both spools on both sides!! It wouldn’t close at all!!!!! I was expecting a discount on my rental cuz of trouble I went through moving my stuff 10 miles with door not closing on a 20 foot truck!!!!!

Manuel BI rented a car hauler. I Drove 1600 miles to haul a truck. Once I got there the truck wouldn't fit on the trailer. I driver back 1600 with an empty trailer.
