To NO AVAIL I WAS LEFT SITTING ON THE SID EIFNTHE HIGHWAY! A truck driver finally helped me and I got the U-Haul back late and they are trying to charge ME 256.00 more dollars! I am appalled and very upset. I would advise to only rent U-Haul from an actual U-Haul company not a side dealer . I had no idea Nasso auto was not an actual U-Haul participant
Christina NI was told I could get that trailer for 100.00 because I rented the truck bit for all of it I was charged almost 800.00. I appreciate uhaul but the discount would have been great. Senior citizen.
pam rThe vehicle does a lot of chugging. I accidentally locked myself out of the vehicle. Would be good to have power locks, and normal key or a spare key.. Accidents are waiting to happen for old school lock systems.

Deborah LGood staff. Very cool shop cat welcomed us. The 5 day minimum charge for rental is ridiculous. I had the car trailer 3 days and was charged for 5, when questioned I was told that is the way it is. Wish there were other choices.

GREGORY AUhaul fella was rude condescending blowing vape rips while hooking up trailer with a foot of snow he laughed about me having to shovel out when i get home Upon return i was waiting on line as he saw me, tells me to park trailer in a tough awkward spot, and proceed to say im 15 minutes late and said he would wave the full day charge after i told him he was 15 minutes late the morning of pickup, also saw him rent a box truck to a fun family with 3 young kids and said they were good to go, as my wife noticed that 1 of the tail lights were not working, Just unbelievable, the service these days

Goldie WOkay I have rented uhauls before and this location is very nice people are friendly definitely. The truck was clean for the most part so I am not going to complain to loud about it it definitely could have been a little more clean there was soda residue on the center seat and so forth. The thing I don’t understand is why your mileage is at .86 a mile I don’t remember it being that high or remember at all for being charged for in town use just replace the fuel and drop of I used it for 2 hours and 7 miles altogether i honestly think $68.00 and some change for a two hour 7 mile deal is really not that fair to your customers for a in town use I think that’s a little high but I understand cost of things but next time I may just stick with driving my own trucks. Just to save that money my own truck would not costed me 10 bucks to do the in town move. I live in cedar city moved a family member from my house to there own place in cedar city I think that the cost of the truck taxes and fuel should be charged not honestly miles for in town use. Overall uhaul is still a first pick for me.

RANDY DThe reason I said that the equipment was not clean because the entire cab was full of cat or dog hair. I don’t have allergies or any reactions to that kind of dander but some of my family does and others may. It didn’t seem to be a priority to whoever was responsible for taking care of it.

When we got to our destination we realized that we couldn’t return it to the original rental location, but she helped me turn it in to a local place and not get charged for returning it to a wrong location.
