I'm not sure who messed up, uhaul.com or Nosso Auto, but when I arrive to pick up the truck, the I used the UHaul Truck Share 24/7 app for self-service check out. It was such a pain. The app told me to locate a specific truck, but when I found it, there was no lock or key as specified by the app. I found a different truck in the same lot that did have a lock and key on it that I was able to use the lock code provided to open. Yet that app was set to use the other truck, so I was unable to verify the mileage, gas level, or damage to the truck before taking it. I called Uhaul and the customer service representative said it was fine and to just take the truck and she would note the change in my file. The truck it self was great and worked wonderfully. However when I went to again use the app to return it, it wouldn't let me upload a photo of the odometer or gas gauge, so I again called the customer service line who said it was fine and to just return the key and it would be ok. However, now I'm not sure if they are going to calculate the gas or mileage correctly, and the estimated receipt that I got in my email states that the truck needed to be refilled to 15/16ths, but on the actual truck that I took it started at 1/2 tank and so that's what I filled it back up to. So I have no idea how much I'm actually going to get billed and I ended up spending over 1.5 hrs trying to get the app to work and talking to customer service. Make returning the truck on a Sunday less of a hassle. It took 3 of us almost an hour to download the app and figure out all the steps to return. When I got it the day before he told me to just drop the key in the box, nothing about the many thing we had to do. We were in a hurry and it was frustrating!!!Karleigh H.

I've rented lots of U-Haul trucks and trailers. Never have I experienced this location. The back of the truck was filthy. Dried mud and lots of loose dirt.CATHY K.

I was very confused because I was changed to a different pick-up location several times. Then I thought I had mobile pick-up but then with all the changes i was changed back to walk inâ€¦. I had to wait for the pick-up location to open. It would have been appreciated had someone made eye contact with me and greeted me when I walked in. Other than that I was treated very well at this location.ERIC P.

The mobile app doesn't seem to work well on my particular phone. I had to go to the website to complete my return.Kyle W.
If a costumer extendeds their use for a truck there should be an automatic call to the person who is picking the truck up the next day saying it will not be there. I ended up having to pay movers for multiple days and ask our property managers to stay days after my lease was over so I didn't have to move all of my house into a storage unit. UHaul made this move incredibly stressful and so much more expensive than it needed to be. I will not be using UHaul for my next move. The places that I picked the truck from were very helpful but I know they did not actually work for UHaul, who my problem is actually with.Jennifer F.

Don't change the location on us last minute. Don't let us pick up a truck at a location that is closed. The dollies weren't included in our truck. Include the dollies when they're ordered. Don't give us a truck lock that doesn't fit. This disc lock was terrible and too small.Eric H.
