The office person didn't know what was going on, first telling me no truck was available, then telling me to leave the key in an unlocked Dropbox. It was about 11:30p when I dropped the truck off & discovered it was unlocked.

The location was great but it was the wrong location for pick up and drop off. Wrong truck size. I made a reservation weeks in advanced and wasn't told there was not the correct truck size until moving day. Very dissatisfied with uhaul and will not recommend this company. I'm not going to bad mouth the location but the person was very nice and did the best she could. It's just the company.

This is the worst experience I have ever been through with your company we had to go to 2 to 3 separate locations to drop off the U-Haul which the personnel were very rude and unhelpful we got a hold of customer service online who was a nice woman but informed us we cannot check in the vehicle through her on the telephone and how to do it on the app or online which was difficult I will never use your company again I have requested a refund for the full amount of my U-Haul rental and will not recommend your company to anyone

The front desk person was untrained in how to rent the vehicle to me and couldnt answer any questions. The check-in/return process took 30 minutes because of this. If your going to partner with another company, training should be mandatory on how to operate your system.
