The one big thing that I will say that there is not a drop off location for the key for after hours. I was unsure if I should put the key for the U-Haul in the mailbox since that was the only option around. I would have a U-Haul locked drop off box to make sure people place the key in the right area next time.

The online check in didn't work and we were charged a fee we didn't agree to, so would not go here again.

The Uhaul app is horrendous. Hard to use. Doesn't have an intuitive user interface. And the whole process took much longer than just talking to a human and going into the store.

I returned to this location at 2:30 to return the van and the office was closed until 3:30 for lunch so I didnt know how to do the return. I had to call customer service and do the self-check in on my phone which is so much more of a hassle then dealing with an actual person. I chose this location so I would have an actual person to do the check in and out with. 2:30 does not seem like a normal time to take lunch and the person in the office didn't tell me this would happen as I was checking out the van. There was not a drop box for the keys outside of the building so I had to call customer service again and get instructions to leave the key under the seat and leave the van unlocked. Renting from U-Haul is never a smooth process. It would be great if this location would communicate about random hours they'll be closed during the day and have a drop box for keys.
