Staff was friendly and helpful. Truck was clean and well maintain. The price was reasonable and the whole process was really easy. Would definitely rent from this location again!

Great efficient service

Corina VI choose to get it without having to go in to the store I got dropped off by a Uber to find out it got switched to in store pick up. I was there at 8 am and the store says they don't open until 9 am. Then I get a phone call at 830 am the next day saying I'm late on returning the truck when my rental was until 9am. There was a big disconnect between the app and the store
Chris HUhaul corporate has successfully made the entire process Very difficult to navigate and highly AWFUL. Scrap all the nonsense and go back to the basics. That’s what customers want and expect.

JASON BI knew i was going to be returning the 6x12 trailer close to closing time , but I called 2 days earlier to make sure that would be OK and was told “no problem.” I called at 445 pm on drop off day to let them know I be there in 5 minutes. The man on the phone sounded irritated, and told me he was shutting the gate at 5pm. On arrival the young man said to back up and disconnect the trailer myself then settle up online. I asked if it would be heavy (I’m 64) and he said “no, just lift it with with two hands.” I did as he said. It was very difficult to do at my age and with my back but I did it. Phone check in was fine. Not anywhere near as pleasant as the pick up experience.

Kyle Sbefore I arrived, I put $30 of gas in to the tank and it was definitely at the level required on my contract. Still they charged me to fill the tank. This is the second time I’ve been jacked by U-Haul with a gas charge. I think I’ll be using Penske for now on.

MARC PEfficient check in and check out service. One complaint: I was shocked to discover that the truck I rented had no ramp (which made loading my gun safe very difficult). Maybe I didn't read the fine print. Please don't let your customers who rent a 10 foot truck go out the door without telling them that their truck has no ramp. (When I belatedly discovered that I said some very bad words.). Otherwise the service was good.
