When I picked up the uhaul there was a warning light on. I asked the technician about it he told me to turn off the vehicle and then turn it back on and the light would turn off. Later that night while driving the rig almost overheat and I had to pull over and add water and coolant. I had to call U-Haul support to get the problem fixed so I could get to my location. Maybe if he looked into the problem I wouldn't have had to get road side assistance. The rental check out was fine and he was nice and helpful at the desk. Should have helped with the dash board caution light.

It was a very speedy checkout. Agent was very helpful, and answered all my questions. Truck was ready to go. Would rent from them again.

Wasn’t bad. But wasn’t good either. Making me think rethink renting from your company ever again. So disappointed all around.

Online it states they open at 8am but the hours on the door are written on and state 9am. Very inconvenient because I had to go to work. Please put the correct hours online so people know when you open. Not happy to just leave it in the parking lot of a bad area...

Include dollies in all rental vehicles without extra charge.

This location was great. U-Haul customer service however was NOT and I don’t think I will be renting from them again.

The question about the equipment should have an answer besides yes and no, mostly would have been a better option. The floor of the truck was sticky, I had to cover it with a tarp. Otherwise all was in order.

When I rent the truck it was raining and the wiper blades need replacement . Rubber is dried up.

In last 30 year's that I only dealt with uhaul, have never been this disappointment about services. Had reserved 15 ft for Sat at Auburn Blvd 8 am.more than a week in advance. Get a call at 730 pm night before. That store has no trucks. Sent me to Rancho Cordova. Had to pay for extra miles and gas. Had my movers travel longer to and from which cost me more. If I do not get reimbursed for the extra costs, this will be me last Uhaul use.

UHaul was located at an auto service center. They didn't have any moving equipment for rent, which wasn't clear on the website.
