I called on a Saturday at noon and they had a van I could rent. It was available and clean and the rental process was quick so I could “get moving”! Great experience!

Dana HRented a van to pick up before the store opened. Could not get cell service in the parking lot to sign in to uhaul to get the code to the lock box for key.. instead of picking truck up at 9 we had to wait an hr before store opened. AND WE DROVE AN HR TO GET THE UHAUL! Ordered a dolly that they said they had but didn’t!

Ciara WThe location was great (very helpful attendant) however the truck was in terrible condition. The tire sensor kept going off, or there was possibly a slow leak. The check engine light was on. Twice the truck lost power and stalled. The engine also had a very hard time going up a >10deg incline.

Oral vMy pick up time was 9:30 a.m. but they don't open until 10:00. This was to happen on a Thursday and their sign reads "Closed Thursday." This is something U-Haul needs to get up on. Fortunately someone came while I was on the phone with you and took care of the rental.

Khurshid AWhen you call the 1800 # they give you a price,and when you get to the location,they give u another price. They also don't tell you if you go over the mileage they charge you EXTRA! THEYRE not consistent.
CARLINE NThe car tow Dolly they had been given was lacking a real ramp safety pin. Thankfully the one handling the rental found us a solid chain to lock the ramp in place, which held the entire time no problem! This was of no fault for the pickup location, but of u haul's equipment.
