Keith MI had a reservation for 24/7 pick up at the Bentonville location. I arrived and the truck was not there. I called the 800 number and was told that location doesn’t do 24/7 pickup even though the app said it did and let me make the reservation. The location also has the 24/7 pickup box beside its door. When I asked to lodge a complaint I was told the only thing they could do was find another location. I was sent to a location 20 miles away after having already driven an hour and a half and it was a 26 long truck which was difficult driving and parking.

Curtis RWhen we picked up the van, the key was broken. The woman who checked us in said she noticed the key seemed weak when the vans turned in but didn't do anything about it. Fortunately, a repair person with UHaul came and went way above and beyond to help. He soldered the key to make it work. Then he had a new key made. He spent an hour trying to program the new key to the van but it never did work, so we used the soldered key. He spent a long time helping us. He was excellent.

CAROLINA EThe woman was rude as soon as we stepped in the door and told her we had a reservation for a U-Haul—she basically just said “No, you don’t.” There had already been a mix-up because U-Haul double booked our reservation at another location and the man at the other location called U-Haul and we were sent to the North Thompson location to pick up an alternate truck. Eventually after trying to explain to her multiple times what had happened and her saying that she didn’t see us on her books, she called U-Haul and all was settled. I don’t know if maybe the woman at North Thompson was just having a bad day or what but I would not recommend going to this location for a U-Haul. I’ve rented with U-Haul before and never had this bad of an experience. Very frustrating when you’re just trying to rent a truck to move during an already difficult time.

Chuck BBe mindful this is a storage business offering UHAULs. We picked up on a Saturday and there was not the help that you would normally get with a UHAUL store. Overall the lady was great but needed some help.

JOLLY EIt’s a bit tight driving through the storage unit site with a 26’ truck, not impossible as long as the driver takes their time and continues to monitor both side view mirrors. In the future, having the trucks prepared for departure would be a great help (and having any trailer attached).
ROBERT WTotal parking availability would likely have been an issue if I had a 26’ truck instead of a 20’ model, while only possessing avg backing skills (obviously that part is on me!), so I was relieved to find several open spaces next to each other. That said, the person who checked me in was a delight, and another great representation of U-Haul’s consistency of excellent customer service.

Grace YNo pigtail for lighting hook-up. Transport trailer had mud-dirt all over, including on the rails- I had to wash this thing to keep from causing dirty-dried mud from being shook off while driving down the road. Drove 2 miles to my destination to las vehicle, loaded vehicle (20 min in to rental) then had to wait for roadside to come change tire that was obviously not par when rented. Which caused me to have to wait till the next day to transport my vehicle. Disappointed.

Crystal CI used mobile device to check in but I have a LG. Could not use my phone had to use an apple or Samsung. Very inconvenient

bart hMy reservation was for 9 am the woman didn’t even get there till 9:20. She wouldn’t inspect the truck with me and said she already knew about the damage and refused to mark it in the inspection sheet. Very shady and rude.
Eveline mI wasn’t told there was a time I had to have this trailer back at on the 2 day rental I was an hr over and was charged an additional day! Which is just ridiculous!!

andes mThe location and the person working there were great… The Internet check in and check out process is HORRIBLE!! I could not check in and reserve and had to keep calling the phone number until I finally talked to a person and he was great… When we delivered the truck early after hours we could not finalize the drop off on the Internet and wasted about 30 minutes trying to do it so my husband just called the location and told them it was there and what time we dropped it off. I am not happy with U-Haul at all
