When I checked in the lady redid my ticket and let off my appliance dolly, regular dolly, and my furniture covers. The truck was old and shook when it got over a certain speed. We had to do an emergency swop out with the truck for an up to date model because that truck was in to position to travel anywhere let along Texas. We picked up another truck at Storage Choice LLC; 177 Pruitt Ln; Pearl, MS 39208

Person being the glass was not friendly at all, I actually went to another location to rent a trailer but they didn't have any so they sent me here, it was only 5 min down the street. When I arrived about 1:20 the door was locked, but watched her walk in the door, so I immediately went to the door but she locked it. I politely knocked on the door, and when she finally came to unlock it told me they were closed until 1:30, I told her that I was in a little hurry since I had to come from a different location, she huffed, and then went behind the glass counter and looked my. name up and then told me she couldn't help me until 1:45 because that's when my appointment was. I didn't make an appointment, so I was a little confused when she said that. I told her I couldn't wait till then as I was already running late. Her attitude was crap the whole time. I would never go to this location again to rent a U-haul.

The rental equipment had a stolen vehicle license plate. So there a scene made by the police at my house which cost us most of day's work. This was also very embarrassing in the subdivision because no one knew what was going on. Will never rent from UHaul ever again.

I got a call from haul about a change of reservation a day before the pick up. Location and time changed without telling me why. I had to reschedule moving crew time. The truck has 180k miles on it but still runs ok on Highway. But it has enormous noise when idle and running. Please check steering wheel fluid and basic maintenance. The price was reasonable.

I moved out before December 7,2021 I move out by the end of June or beginning of July and they were still e-mailing me but that’s not a problem the lady were very nice the one that were the glasses not the one that was there when I moved out but I will do business again with u all if it have to be a u-haul have a Merry Christmas & be bless & stay safe thank u so much again !!!

We rented a 15' truck with appliance, utility and furniture dolly as well as 12 furniture pads. When we picked up the truck, there were no dollies or pads. We called customer service the same night and were told to go to the location where we picked up the truck for a refund. They refused. When I received the final bill on returning the truck, I checked an option on the final bill that I disputed the charges. The response to this was I would be contacted by customer service within 24 hours. We have yet to hear anything a month later and our credit card was charged the full charge despite not receiving the dollies and pads. I will never use UHaul again.

Customer service was very unprofessional. I am asking for a full refund of service. The uhaul rented was not even the size I ordered online. Due to COVID guidelines it was hideous service of equipment and smell.

Give them the size truck they ordered or CALL and give them an option to accept alternative. I was not prepared to drive a 26' truck 300 miles. It was huge, more took more gas. I even got online and booked another reservation for the 20' truck I originally ordered. Luckily we were able to get in touch with the location only for them to tell us they really didn't have any trucks available. I ordered and paid for 12 pads which were not in the truck. Days before i arrived i can the 1-800 number trying to change the driver and was told they could not help me. I rate my entire experience as poor.

I reserved a 10-foot truck for 2 days from 25 September 9 am to 27 September 9 am. I clearly asked the lady at the counter what if I returned within 24 hours. She said I will get back my one-day money. I also asked if I need to do anything online like a checkout. she said no, just drop the keys in dropbox. When I got my bill on September 27, I see I am charged for 2 days although I returned the truck on Sunday in 24 hours. I even called U Haul customer care and waited in call for 17 minutes, no response was received. I am not happy with this.

Afternoon I signed the contract I went home picked up my husband to drive the truck. We already had the key therefore we drove away to our destination only to find a lock had been put on the truck. We had to drive all the way back to the uhaul office and he cursed me out saying he didn't put the lock on the truck. But he used a combination and took the lock off! The cost me extra gas, miles and being disrespected. I'm 62 years old & I didn't deserve that! He told me if I didn't like it call u haul. The worst experience I ever had.

Customer Service Representative was not only rude, when the rental needed to be extended but was ridiculous in the phone calls and comments. Claudia, when she spoke with our representative who told her we would need to keep the rental, it had become more than we expected said WOW.........you would have never gotten that rental if we had known you were going to keep it. We had no idea we would need it more than we what we expected and to have someone badger and be rude makes one not want to go back.

The radiator was leaking. The man who came out through roadside assistance said he only changed flats. However the radiator was clamped together with several clamps and he tightened them and no more leaks. What a scary way to fix things!

When you except a reservation for a truck at a local location and fail to honor the request, by not having the truck available. Do not send them 30 minutes away to a very bad area of a major city to pick-up a truck. Have some one bring that truck to your location so you can honor the excepted reservation. I was informed of the change on Saturday morning with a couple of hour window to pick up the truck because the pick-up location changed and the new location would be closed at 12:00 AM. This caused a great deal of logistical support and changes in my planed move. Not also to mention additional cost for fuel. Not very happy at all. The next time I have to rent a truck, I will look at other options first.

There was broken glass in the trailer I rented. I suggest someone walk in and examine the corners. Luckily I saw it before we started moving stuff In and was able to clean it up.

The employee was extremely friendly and the location was clean. The problem that i had was that i rented a 26 foot truck at a location 2 miles from my house. I was called a day before my rental letting me know that my truck would be at a facility 30 miles from my house. I ended up with a 20 foot truck picking up at a location 15 miles from my house. I was only moving 5 miles. This cost me more trips with a smaller truck and more miles. It was more disappointing when i drove by the original facility that I rented from at 9:00 am to see the truck that i initially reserved and was told was not going to be available until 2:00. The truck sat there all day as i drove by it several times. I also had to pay $10.00 extra dollars to rent an appliance doily from Home Depot. I would like a call from customer service at 601-842-8198.
