You rescheduled my pickup location and then the pickup location was listed as two different things in my reservation. It was very confusing and upsetting. Nothing against the location on Stinson but more how your website is set upCatherine B.
I requested a specific location & pick-up time. After 3 texts changing the location & time, I picked up the cargo van only to find out that someone else along the way had inserted a return time that I had never said AND the van had been rented out for the next day LONG before I would have been able to return it. In discussing my options with the UHaul worker, he told me if I didn't get the van back to them by the time the next people were scheduled to pick it up, I'd be charged for another day. I told him immediately that that's what I would have to do, yet some other UHaul worker tracked me down in WI, wanting to know when I intended to return the van.Anne A.
Uhaul CHANGED MY RESERVATION TIME and only sent a voicemail the day before. HOW CAN YOU ARBITRARILY CHANGE THE TIME? I had plans made. Fortunately, the location had no problem changing it back, the vehicle was available so why was it changed. Then, the app SUCKS. Incredibly slow. And the ID required to use it, which is not required when checking in in person-who can you call RIGHT NOW to verify who I am? Seriously? The location wants you to use the app. But I know the people there, after my getting totally frustrated they just used their internet access to get the paperwork done. In total, the LOCATION is great. UHAUL is terrible.Jim R.

Excellent location to rent UHaul equipment. Was disappointed, though, that I was charged the $10 insurance fee that I had opted out of.Helen K.
The rental location had a technical issue and could not pull a contract, when I arrived. I selected the check in at the location and that was not a good idea. After waiting half an hour, I connected with U-Haul customer service and they got me set up for mobile check-in. Mobile check-in then took another 25 minutes to get my information resubmitted and approved. I didn't get the truck until nearly an hour after my scheduled pick-up time.Erik G.

The 4 prong flat on the trailer did not reach my truck. I appreciate the employee tracking down an extension to make it work. Otherwise, it would have been a huge delay trying to track one down on Memorial Day.CORY S.
I set up the pick up with the Edgewood Indiana location which Marty did a great job with everything. Once we got to Saint Anthony Minnesota we were there probably an hour and a half and the two guys that were there I would have to say it was probably the worst customer service experience I've ever had we ended up talking to your home office it took literally that long just to get the key and we were already pre-set up I already pre-paid .Your home office was Even frustrated with the Saint Anthony staff. I think I had I should have some type of refund coming. If I didn't need the truck to get back to Indiana I would have canceled and found somebody else to do it it was that bad.Tom H.
