I reserved this unit online then received a call saying they had someone coming to rent it already. A couple days later they called to tell me the other person didn’t show up. Very unprofessional.
My move to Vermont had many problems,I needed storage for my furniture etc. Both Jim and Deb were responsive to my needs.They kept in touch until they had a unit available .GREAT SERVICE Thank You !!
It was a pleasure renting a unit from north springfield self storage! The staff were always kind and friendly, and I’d recommend renting from them everytime!
