german DOnce again, very disappointed with uhaul. The location was fine. But my reservation was a 5 minute drive from my house. I made the reservation a month in advance. I wasn’t notified until 21 hours before pick up that instead I would need to pick up my vehicle dolly 30 minutes away. Once again costing me time and money. How does a business not have knowledge of their own inventory, locations or employees exist? I have moved 5 times and am sure to move many more, but I will never again use uhaul.

Robert CThe Uhaul site stated this location was open, and we could get the tow dolly at the time reserved. Still, it was not a good experience, and the location/business was closed; the business would not answer the phone, and Uhaul could not get in contact with them. We were able to get the equipment still after the haul representative said just to take it, but it was much later than it should have been when this was resolved and a significant inconvenience.

RICHARD PThis receiving location really saved the day. The original receiving location is pitiful and the attitudes of the people I spoke with at corporate were embarrassing. First one (Aliyah) said just take it to Harrison (that’s a 45 minute drive). When I said no, that’s too far she got upset with me telling me she had feelings. Someone in upper management should listen to that call.

Andrew SThis vehicle had a check engine light at pick up. The location knew this was a one way pick up. We drove mostly downhill under bad weather conditions and the windshield wiper broke during this time. We had to pull off the road until morning. We eventually made it to our destination but anxious if we would make it the whole way.

jeff sI dropped off the truck at a time the business was closed, so I had no interaction with anyone. Drop box located right by the door, easy to see.
Shanna FThe place i got the uhaul from said everything was working on the vehicle. When i got the vehicle it was a cool morning so i did not check the a/c the next day when after loading the truck i got a distance away from the it started to get very hot inside the vehicle. I had to drive 3.5 hours away in a vehicle with no working A/C on a day where it was 104 degrees out. Since i was moving states i had my dog with me and my dog has still not fully recovered from the heat we experienced.

ASHLEY OThe employees were so nice! We rented a 20’ truck and came back the next day to pick up a car dolly. We were running late but the owner and his son waited for us and wished us a safe trip to WA. Classy folks!

BRICE SThe site was down on the uhaul location when I called in for assistance. Ttherefore she was unable to give me the price of the uhaul until we got to her. We drove 7 hours to pick up a mower and had no choice but to pay when we got there.
scott gThe key pickup lock boxes were a little difficult to open. They may need lubricated.
John HI would highly recommend NAPS and especially Jim. He was exceptionally customer oriented, agreeing to meet us on Saturday when he was normally closed to make sure we were able to pick up our 20 foot Uhaul. He was friendly, cordial, and demonstrated concern for our needs. The truck was clean and Jim drove it out to enable me to drive it away without backing out of the parking area. Not to deflect from Jim, but the truck itself was somewhat challenging to drive. The front end may either need allignment or suspension maintenance.

Kathryn GIt was not open. On line it says they are open on Saturday. They have a sign saying open in their window. They were not open and have another sign saying they are not open Saturdays. UPDATE your online information and your signage!

The people that run this business have their heads on straight and understand the nature of a service business. I recommend this location to anyone in the area.

linda sWe scheduled a Saturday pick up at 3 at another location nobody was at location so uhaul changed my location for picking up trailer called the pickup location they informed me they close at noon. Asked me to pick up trailer Friday afternoon before close no extra charge, now I get charged an extra day
Russell HVery small sign. We missed it the first time and had to drive 20 miles or more before we could turn around. Difficult to find. Needs a much larger sign. The owner was in the hospital, but there happened to be someone there, not affiliated with U-Haul, but he had the number for the owner in the hospital and called him to ask what he should do.

Shannon CWas given a car trailer with old bald and flat tires. At least one tire was mismatched and not supposed to be on it. I had to have one patched before getting on the road. And i had to stop numerous times to put air in the tires.
