Told gas was full when picked up. After refilling it was about 3/4 full when picked up based on fuel gage. Why did I have to travel about 10 miles to return truck when there was a u haul location about 2 miles away ?

When we picked up the trailer it was covered in snow. Granted we had a snowstorm a few days before BUT they did not clean or shovel it off for us to take! We had over a foot of snow on top of the roof and fenders and around the trailer. We drove down the street and there was another Uhaul rental place and they had ALL their rentals cleaned off and ready to go! We were so upset and disappointed!

Michael PMy rental was rescheduled 30 miles from home by uhaul . When my husband went to pick it up he told them we would have to leave our vehicle in the lot foe 2 days and was told only for 50.00 cash per day. He then had to drive home, find a second driver and go back. That's another 60 miles out of the way

DAVID EMake sure your vehicles don’t leak water all over people while it’s raining and that the a/c is correctly working !!! My mother was wet two of the longest states . I do think I need compensated for all the hassle we went thru !!
JENNIFER WDid the truck share 24/7. The app was pathetic, it did not show a pickup option. Wasted an hour talking to customer service through a chat online. They would recommend I logout and login or something similar. I told them it would get rid of the chat and they said it wouldn’t… it got rid of the chat… eventually got sick of the app and tried online, that worked. The “short pickup” turned into an hour of frustration in the rain.

Joseph KThe location was fine and pretty easy to return the trailer. The only comment I'd make is that the link Uhaul provided to this location (when I used an iPhone) took me to a different address. This was rectified when I manually put in the address Uhaul identified for the return. Thanks!
TODD HLocation was friendly and efficient. Very helpful. Truck smelled like someone had smoked in it. A LOT. But this was not any issue related with the location.
