There was left over food on the truck. And process to pick up the truck has to go through via the app. It’s a bit truoblemsome.

Liyuan CThe branch rep came in super late, almost 30min after our arrival at the branch while it had to be open at least 1h before then (per the business hours). Then, I was provided with the wrong dolly size (big one while i ordered small). And then the truck had the wrong fuel level in the contract which the guy checked and confirmed that he was going to update the contract but he didn’t. When we returned the truck today I was charged a lot more for the fuel. He was also super rude and insulting without any proper regard to customer service. Note that I’ve also called customer service and provided these feedbacks.
Mohsen ZI was upset to learn about the $20 after hours charge. The staff failed to warn me and this was something I totally did not expect since other locations I used in the past did not apply this charge. The truck was also dirty inside.

JOHN WTruck rental was average. Did not include the rented moving blankets or dolly. Fuel was virtually empty at pick-up, ground was very muddy nearby driver-side door.

William GKeep the truck super clean for the next customer and keep gas at least at half the tank instead of a quarter tank. Customer service from Norman Towing location is the best I've seen so far.
lakeside dOld dirty trucks in an industrial area with a very crowded driveway. This location is actually a residence. Unpaved driveway and very limited hours of operation. Had to use my phone to pick up/drop off. Very cumbersome and time consuming. Very annoyed that there wasn't anywhere to park as the owner had a personal car and 4 other trucks/van which occupied the entire lot. Lighting was not sufficient either. Furthermore, the dolly I ordered was not present. I will not be using this location again as this was not a pleasant experience.
Vijay DAbsolutely nothing. Everything went very smoothly and I accidently left my phone in the Van when I returned it. I called and spoke to the lead there at the time and everything was well taken care of . I should be picking up my phone today. Very happy with the service that was provided from U-Haul

Since I had paid Cash from the origin because of credit limit above five hundred, for getting the deposit amount back in cash his reply was that I don’t deal cash and only a stupid person pays cash and he kicked me out of the office. I called the U-Haul central office and explain the situation. They were kind enough to direct me to another U-Haul center for getting my deposit back..
sam mThe interior cabin of the van was very dirty. The previous driver had loaded probably construction waste and it was not cleaned. I had to clean and put boxes on the floor of the van so our furniture could be moved. The U-haul agent I dealt with mentioned for me to just call customer service. Agent was efficient and tried accomodating despite dealing with a U-haul glitch and our van was not available at the schedule time because of the glitch.

Kelvin Sno one provided me with a code to get key from the locker. I had been waiting for1.5 hours there. The online chat service is bad without quick response and replied me careless.. The customer specialist is nice and kind and also resolved my problem at the last moment. Thanks for her support.

MAJID JI have paid 26 liters of fuel for 63 kilometers traveled (11 liters by Yuhal and 15 liters by myself) and this is not true at all and if this amount of consumption is three times the normal consumption for this type of car, please check and let me know the result.

Adebusola OI used the U-haul app to pick up the truck. It took nearly half an hour to pick up the truck. It allowed me to start the process exactly at 9:30 am so I was able to pick it up at 10:00 am. It would be nice to add at least 15 min slack. Also, I returned the truck through the counter. Our job finished earlier so we didn't need to through the app again. They send the invoice the next day. Although I haven't charged for extra usage, they had more than an hour to send me an invoice. However, they haven't done that. The app needs to add some slack. Also, live chat wasn't very helpful. I will rate my experience 3/5.

Mehrdad EThe truck interior could use some work on this vehicle. The floor had gravel and dried mud, but this obviously didnt prevent us from operating the truck. It really just needs to be cleaned after each use. The steering in this truck is a little sloppy. The UHaul App didnt work properly when picking up so this made the process more time consuming and required me to contact the Support Department. Once online with the UHaul Rep, things went very smooth and he was very helpful and patient. Kudos to him.

MEHRDAD SMy vehicle was supposed to be ready at 8am and wasn't because the person on nights didnt do it. I then had to wait till 11am to pick it up. I had 5 and half hours of driving to do that day. So it completely messed my day up and I had to cancel some stuff that I was supposed to do. All they did was knock the gas down a tad. Which I appreciate the effort but a savings of 10 to 20 dollars doesn't make up for the fact that my whole day was derailed. So unless I'm.compensated in some other way I will be leaving a bad Google review and will never use this place ever again. I give it a week.

Farhad pVery unhappy with my experience. The truck had no power and would not accellerate. On the website it advertises $0.89 per kilometer and when it came time to pay and receive the receipt, the rate changed to $1.75 per MILE. NOT fair to a customer as it should reflect what is going to be charged.
Edwin CComplete disaster. Vehicle was not demonstrated properly to a brand new user. Vehicle was empty of fuel. Dealer raised the rates from the quotation. Vehicle was not equipped with blankets. Vehicle was not inspected with the customer upon return. Shambolic and disastrous experience.

On top of that they had new trucks with less then 1000km on the scene! Clean and process was quick and easy. Thanks again!
