I don’t think I will EVER use uhaul ever again. I’ll take my chances and just use my own personal truck and make multiple trips because it’s less headache. The guy at the pick up location was alright. Not very personable and kept pushing my boyfriend and I to write a good review. I paid around 160 bucks for a one way. My rate wasn’t ever truly explained to me, or exactly what I was paying for. All I got was “it’s for the truck, the allowed mileage, and the extras”. No detail what so ever. After I realized I would need to come back to the location anyways to pick up my personal car, I called uhaul to ask if it was possible to just drop the truck back off at the pick up location and have my rate changed to an in town rate to be exponentially cheaper. The lady on the phone said all I would need to do is drop it off and the guy at the uhaul location would take care of the charges. Once I did, and left a message on the app since it was after hours saying I dropped it off at the original location, I get a call from the guy at the pick up location with him saying “be careful because dropping it off at the wrong location could result in a 300 dollar charge” are you flipping kidding me? One, that’s a RIDICULOUS policy. Two, I was told I could do this, and a 300 dollar charge was never mentioned. The guy said they would “waive” it this time since it was the pick up location instead of a completely wrong and different location. I mentioned to the guy to change my charges, and he couldn’t give me any answers. I then called uhaul themselves to get my refund for the difference. I got a lousy 18 bucks back, after paying 160 dollars. So yes, the charge for 20 bucks in town was correct. But NO ONE explains to you that your rate for mileage literally DOUBLES in price when you do an in town rental. That’s how they get you. Ridiculous. All the additional charges, doubling the mileage price, I was never notified, never explained or broken down in price, and the gal who called me to explain the prices, interrupted me when I was confused why I was getting just an 18 dollar refund and had a SERIOUS attitude explaining to me my charges, like she didn’t care. She’s getting a pay check either way so of course, why would she care. Never renting from uhaul, anywhere, ever. I’ll try a different, caring company next time.

Since the store was closed before 1:00 p.m., I did not know the truck was supposed to be in the back lot when using the "Return" feature online. I did not see instructions online specific to the location. It made the return a little confusing.

The owner of this location was a jerk. Took a long time to check me in. Wanted to charge me $25 because the truck box interior floor was dirty. It was clean. Asked him what was dirty. He said there was a piece of plastic from a blanket wrapper (less than 2") and a piece of a small leaf. I told him if he would let me use his broom that I would sweep it out. He loaned me a broom and I swept it out. There was essentially nothing in the box but I sweep it anyway. When he came back to look at it he said it was still dirty. The was nothing in it. I then said show me where its dirty and I will sweep it again. He then said just leave in less than a polite way and that he'll do it. As I was leaving his new employee he was training apologized to me saying it looked clean to him before I swept it. This facility is in a strip shopping center. There is limited or no areas to return truck. No signage. This is not the typical U-Haul facility. Sorry I chose this facility and interfaced with this person. Disappointing experience. Other than the return experience, getting the truck at pickup and the truck itself was uneventful and a good experience.

I called the morning of to confirm my truck was available at the location I selected and when we got there our truck was nowhere to be found and we were treated like second-class citizens. I don’t know that I will ever use U-Haul again

Truck was very dirty. I was UTTERLY shocked to see cigarette ash in an ashtray. Furthermore, there were no 12 volt adapters as the interior sticker read. Just about everywhere uses USB as a charging device; Charging is crucial for a distance drive, GPS. Disappointing.

Clearly state that when you drop the rental vehicle off, you must Check-out via the App. I dropped the truck off well before it was due back and was charged $20 because I failed to use the App for the return. Very shady on the owners part and was not clearly stated.

This rating in NO WAY, reflects on No Limits Services. This location was good, my rating isn’t for him. It’s for the fact that Uhaul wasn’t able to provide us with the size truck we reserved, then their system was down and we had to be put into a different size truck (10’, instead of 17’) then they charged us the same price for the little truck as a bigger truck. The milage on the truck didn’t match the milage on the lease agreement. Still waiting to hear back from them about how to fix it. It would take a lot for me to ever use Uhaul again. But as far as No Limits Services is concerned, he did a great job helping me out

The owner of the store did not follow the same hours posted on the website, uhaul app, or the sign hanging on the front of the store. (All said hours were 8-8). He claimed the store was closed on Sundays and treated me poorly for “making him work on his day off.”

Shawn was very helpful, professional, and polite. He let us unload the car trailer so we could take off our car and use it while we looked for houses to rent so we didn't have to drive the truck with the car trailer still hooked up all around town. Plenty of room to maneuver vehicles around the lot too. I would highly recommend this location again and I found it much more enjoyable and easy than any other Uhaul dealer (including main company-owned uhaul centers). Thanks Shawn!

The guy that called asking about the trailer was extremely rude and would not understand that I had been in an accident and that the trailer wasn't going to be dropped off at the location. He refused to listen to anything that i was saying, had absolutely no compassion or understanding for what had happened and hung up on me twice. The Penske people that I helped me when Uhaul refused to help me, they were wonderful, helpful, and extremely compassionate, and it wasn't even their company that nearly killed me with dangerous equipment.

Not lie the guy there told me that he was going to open the next day which was a Sunday so I could drop off the truck and he wasn’t. I called several times to phone numbers that were posted on the window to call and still haven’t received a call back. I locked the keys in the truck and I asked to be called back but they didn’t follow through

The drop off location in Fort Collins on College was a tad hard to find because it shared the property with other businesses. However, despite the location, the staff made up for the negative by being super friendly and attentive and out the door in a flash.

I’ve rented from a lot of u-haul places and none compare to how good and smooth this one is. By far the best one I’ve been to. I would recommend this one if you’re in Fort Collins. Great Experience!

The agent didn't agree with the online check in so we spent an extra 30 minutes redoing everything I had done online. Why offer a service that should expedite the transaction if it's not going to be acceptedvwhen you arrive to pick up the truck?

Sean (Shawn?), who helped us, was exceptionally amazing. As soon as we pulled up, he was running out to greet us and direct us to the drop off location. He was friendly, nice, and a very hard worker. This uhaul location is so lucky to have him. I suggest he be recognized for his hard work and I will always be using this location in the future just because of him.

They need to learn how to respect the customer first and do not threaten the customers. That was one of the worst services and experiences I have ever had.

Harlan did a great job helping us with renting a car trailer. He helped strap down the car and showed us how to do it. The trailer was in great shape and towed perfect. If we need to rent a Car Trailer again we will be back. Thank You!

The location was unkempt and the agent was not present in the office when I arrived for my appointment. I chose an in town rental which was supposed to be $29.95 + $0.99/mile which I assumed was for fuel costs. No other charges were mentioned or displayed when I requested the truck. I returned it clean and in the same condition as I borrowed it in and was charged for fuel which was NEVER talked about by the website or the agent at the store. In short the entire experience left a sour taste in my mouth.

The location we were told to go to turned out to be wrong, had to go to a different one. The trailer was sitting where you had to get through an ankle deep puddle of water to hook it up. The trailer itself worked exactly as needed and was great.

Have a sign at the door that tells customers where the drop off box is if the office is closed. We did not know what to do with the key. Couldn't find the drop off box. So we kept it with us. We had til 8:00 am the next morning to return the truck. In contact with the office manager we were told that if we did not bring it back right away we would be charged another day. We had to drive back to Fort Collins, CO from Windsor, CO (20 miles) in a blizzard with white out conditions to return the key.
