The pickup location had a very strong odour, but the staff was efficient enough. He didn't go through the truck for its existing damages very well. They didn't even have appliance dollies available for rent.

The business is running out of a clothing store with no sign. It took 45 minutes to pick up the car. It was covered in snow and ice. I rented it for 4 hours and was supposed to be charged for 100 kilometets. My card is charged for150 kilometres, i was also charged an additional 8.63$ for 1 litre of gas. The guy doesn’t communicate anything properly and accurately. He is absolutely unprofessional. I had a horrible experience and the surprise with more charges than expected. I need to be reimbursed for additional charges without my knowledge. Please contact me. Thank you!

I arrived before 10 AM which was my scheduled pick up time. I was told the Vehicle would not be delivered until 10:45 AM. After calling Uhaul and speaking to 4 different people i was told that i could take a truck that was parked in the parking lot from before 10 AM. I eventually got the truck at 10:30 AM. I am extremely dissatisfied by the level of service provided.

I had to return the car less than 24 hours , as i felt ht truck was not safe; 1. the brake is not working proper 2. the steering wheel is defective , need major alignment testing 3. There is no maintenance sheet to show the customer any recent changes /services made.

The gas tank was left below 1/8 of a tank, a the empty light turned on as I pulled out of the parking lot. The paperwork said it was filled to just below 1/4 of a tank, but this was clearly not the case. When I tried to submit the pre-use inspection survey online, it would not accept my pictures and by the time pictures were uploaded, the link had expired. This was incredibly frustrating and disappointing, as I had to fill the truck before AND after use. I was also charged an additional cost for not refilling the tank to where it was, HOWEVER I filled it up more than what was given to me. This was horrible maintenance of a vehicle as I had to pay for gas three times when that never should have happened. PRE-USE INSPECTIONS SHOULD BE DONE IN PERSON IN THE MOMENT. Trusting a computer to have the correct information and then not having a link that works properly enough to actually upload the problems and images should not be tolerated. UHAUL should be reimbursing me for the hassle in purchasing gas and cleaning the truck. I have photo evidence of the gas gauge when the truck was originally picked up, and is it way below was it says on the receipt. The lady at the desk, also did not choose the correct drop off location as requested, so I had to drive further than planned to drop off the truck. Lastly, the truck had food garbage in it when I picked it up. It had to be cleaned before the truck could be used, let alone returned in good condition.

Your agents at Nivetha Textile are unprofessional. For starters, i needed to wait approx 15 mins after arriving until the Agent could find his reading glasses to view the screen. He later opened a new pair of cheaters so he could see. Before he started my rental process, he began doing follow-up with another customer, trying to contact him by phone, with no ask of me whether this was ok. On not being able to reach the other customer, he started on my contract. Although i mentioned a few times that i had completed the entire reservation via phone and had already answered all the questions needed, he asked them over again, one at a time. When I advised i was not taking insurance, he pulled out a plain piece of paper with many signatures & dates and asked me to sign. So i signed & dated. He then, without looking, asked me to date it, i said i already have. I only went to this location as my usual location (LOTS SHOP on Kennedy road, who are excellent) did not have a truck available. I will NEVER rent from this location again. I have been a UHAUL customer for some time and overall your company is fantastic, this location is a stain on your reputation. Viewing the other reviews, i am not alone, this is a trend, you MUST do something about this for other prospective customers at this location. Thank you.

The Agent was not transparent in his billing he charged me for the services and equipment I didn't use, after complaining he told me his given me a discount, I disagree to ensure he fixed it in the end he still overcharged me by aproximately 8CAD. So u have to be smart. Thanks,

The person (male) who served us was very impolite. He called in the morning ask what time we are picking up the truck, very rude over the phone. When we walk into the store he was having a confrontation with a customer about not refilling the gas tank as much as it should be and he made the customer pay extra money. When we pick up the truck he alter the gasoline level to a higher mark on the rental agreement which we have disagreed with him on the spot. Whats actually showing on the speedometer was consistent with the rental agreement before his alteration. When we return the truck he argued that we didn't refill enough gas. I showed him a picture taken with my cell phone showing the gas level on the speedometer when we pick up. In fact the gas level is higher then before meaning I put back more gas then I should. He then argue about how much money I spent at the gas pump... I suggest no one should go to this rental location and/or Uhaul should stop having partnership with this business. I will tell everyone that I know not to go there by posting my negative experience on fb, IG, twitter and whichever way I could possibly think of.

My trip was extremley dangerous... and this contract is an extension to the weekly rental I had.I had to repack the trailer to try and get it higher, and was delayed a few days trying to get on the road and waiting for uhaul to open. I will be writing long letter and I am aware that the blackfoot trail location I dropped off at has also started an investigation. I stayed over and waited for the location to opne and went into the AURORA ontario location where I made the original reservation to get my ball and hitch changed in postion as the trailer was too low and dangerous and they told me to got to canadian tire as they couldnt switch it. It was obviosly too low and my friend suggested it get lifted.I asked for a series of locations in case I needed assistance and she told me to just call uhaul.I had no idea how difficult it would be to tow a too low trailer until I was on the road... gas stations with pot holes, high curbs etc... no places that it could get hung up on. I had a harrowing trip across the country and ironically the empty trailer got caught in the entrance to the uhaul to drop off. Something MUST Be done about releasing trailers especially long distant that are not at the right level. I had children in the car and my hazzard lights and brakes are fried (also my nerves) from accomidating a trailer tow that was way too low to the ground in the front.

Such poor planning and logistics for this location. I waited for about an hour for my truck and I was among a small group of customers who were also disgruntled and waiting for it. The customer service, while one person looked apologetic and that was appreciated, does not excuse for such a horrible planning. I could have potentially missed my window to move my things out of my apartment using the elevator.

I choose the Mobile pick up @ this location @ 8 am but it seems the truck was not ready and I picked up 1.5 later as handy pic up. My expensive moving time wasted for 1.5 hours.
