Such poor planning and logistics for this location. I waited for about an hour for my truck and I was among a small group of customers who were also disgruntled and waiting for it. The customer service, while one person looked apologetic and that was appreciated, does not excuse for such a horrible planning. I could have potentially missed my window to move my things out of my apartment using the elevator.

I choose the Mobile pick up @ this location @ 8 am but it seems the truck was not ready and I picked up 1.5 later as handy pic up. My expensive moving time wasted for 1.5 hours.

Waited half hour at the location before attendant arrived to checkout my truck. Upon return he asked me to park the truck on a slope (even though there was ample space on the other side I had picked the truck from earlier) and told me I returned the vehicle with less gas. Even with me parked on the slope, the needle on the gauge was still 1/4 (which was same level I picked up). Terrible experience.

Absolutely the worst rental experience ever. Firstly I reserved a 20' Truck and on pick up was only able to get a 15' truck. Secondly, I was erroneously charger 3 times ($102.09, $88.93 and $90.19) the next day I went back to query theses charges and the owner was so rude. The invoice he emailed and presented confirmed the $102.09 and $90.19 and he said Uhaul made a mistake and charged me $88.93. After pointing out that the $88.93 was an error he said it will be reversed, and still 2 weeks later the charge is still on my Credit Card. Today I called Nivetha today and he said I must call my bank. This is unacceptable!!!!!!! I need my refund, or I will never use Uhaul again and furthermore I report this to CBC

No idea how the rate was charged, the van we booked wasn't avaliable, so got bigger truck, but we had to pay more as well? Excuse me, it wasn't our fault that you did't have the correct van on site.

This is the BEST Uhaul outlets!!!! The staff are overly accommodating and friendly and the vehicles are exceptionally clean!!!!

The owner/attendant at the store called me multiple times to request me to return the trailer earlier, to rent it to next customer, and charged me for an extra day for returning the trailer one hour late, after hour on a Sunday night.

It's a super shady location, there is a reason why this location always has availability. Rented a truck, the indian male seller at the counter was super rude. Picked up with less than 1/4 of gas, it's marked 1/4 on paper, I returned truck with 1/4 gas after-hours. He called me next morning saying it's not 1/4 and asked me to refuel, i refueled to more than 1/4. He then charged for me for an extra day claiming I returned with less gas (not true, it was 1/4 and more than what he gave to me), I picked up at 11 am, returned at 9pm and drove there to refuel on next mornong, he didn't press the fking 'complete' button until 1145 and the extra 45 costed me another 40$. I would avoid this location at all cost.

The place is pretty bad and there's only one person to address several waiting customers. The place is in a shop and the person taking returns is pretty rude. The only reason i went here was since the location was open until late to accept returns.

he informed me that it was half tank gas however when i got to the cargo van it was like alittle over 3/8s the rep told me just return it with roughly the same amount. so after when i return and refuled the tank with alittle bit over then what was originally. the rep accuses me for not filling it to half tank when it was originally little over 3/8. before i left the lot i took a vid indicating that it wasnt half tank and the time i took the vheicle . so i do not know if the rep forgot about it or just trying to blatantly sqeeze me to fill the tank half full but still i would not recommend this location to my friends or anyone because it just feel so shady and greedy.

Worst customer service I have ever had. He was extremely rude and the guy showed up an hour late - sleeping at home. When he did finally show up he brought the wrong keys with him to open his shop and without explanation or apology drove off to his nearby home to get the right keys. Upon entering, the store that he operates out of had a very pungent smell of feces and sewage.

He didnt have the truck when I arrived at pickup time. He also tried to shorten my time with the truck. Charged us for an extra day because we never Recieved the drop box code.

The vehicle smelled like cigarettes and had ashes left in the cupholder. The gentleman we rented it from was rude to my girlfriend when we returned the vehicle. We were asked to fill the gas back to 1/4 tank which we did when we returned it and he sent her out to put more gas in which wasn't necessary according to the contract.
