When I called the Gretna store to find out how To access the keys one of the representatives had an attitude I stated to her that no one was at the holiday store she then said that I did order the truck at the last minute and when I told her that it’s not right to say that to a customer she hung up in my face, I’m appalled at the attitude that I recieved from the employee I work in customer service and I’ll tell you that word of mouth is everything

Nikki was great and very nice and very helpful. She call to insure me that my truck was there waiting for me to pickup and walk me thru the mobile 24/7 app to get in my truck. Thanks Nikki your outstanding.

I didn't get the my 10' truck until hour and a half when I was suppose to get it. I had to call for uhaul rep in my city in order to get help for the key to the truck. The place that had the truck, no one was there. They had hours of operation on the door,but no one showed up even though I had a reservation. No one was there when dropping the truck off. The lady of the business called me and said that the cargo back of the truck was dirty. It wasn't swept out when I got it, so she said uhaul might charge me $25. This is not the type of service i would expect being it is uhaul and i could only have the truck for 24 hrs. The business that's running the uhaul service should have been there for my reservation or any reservations in the near future

Was false charge 25.00 cleaning fee. Return vehicle to drop off location, no one thery to recived truck. Company does not open until 9:30am. Will contest $25:00 cleaning fee, this has become a nomal tatctic for U-Haul handlers to charge you a cleaning fee to boost thery profits at costermer expense. Sad......

I returned my rental truck and tow dolly the day before it was due and was charged for an extra day. Every time I called to ask a question the service agent was very sharp and had an unpleasant tone. I also called the day after returned the equipment and was told everything was ok. I called back to ask about the extra charge and was advised someone should be calling me to correct it. I'm still waiting. My experience from start to finish was a disaster for me.

The staff was late and borderline rude. We waited for about 15 minutes just for someone to show up at the location, and then it took another 20 or so before we could actual get the truck. It was 9 AM, during normal office hours. The lady had me upload my own license, which then didn't even work. She spent a good 5 minutes just looking for a pen. They also only had a 15' truck, when I had reserved a 10' online in advance, and then tried to charge me the $10 more for them not having the equipment. They apparently tried to call me a day before my reservation, but I had no idea what "Nikki's Etc." was, so I did not answer. I would have assumed if it was a business, they would have left a message, but they did not. Even though it is nearby, I would never use that location again.
