I was not familiar with where the key box was in relation to the truck location, would have been helpful to know more, delayed my mobile pickup, was as much on me, but it all worked out good!

Krista HFix your online app so it’s easier to check in by phone. I’m petty savvy with computers and my iPhone. However, I could not get the app to work with my phone. I called the main number for U-Haul and a nice gal from New Jersey tried to walk me through the procedures. I gave up after about 45 minutes and waited for the office to open at 10:00 a.m. the staff on site was extremely helpful and I got my truck n short order. Other than that, good experience.!!!

Douglas BThe 24 hr availability is great however the locks on the back are not great for cold snowy states. Very hard to access if it is picked up on a day when there are no employees to help even with help it took 40 minutes to open lock.

Barry RThe mobile on line check in takes too long. It would have been helpful had I at least been able to be pre approved prior to picking up the vehicle. I understand the need to verify the driver, but you could focus on that at the pick up location vs including the approval process.
Lorrie OThe uhual app is awful. Every time I've tried to use it I've had issues. This time, while checking the truck out it wouldn't let me upload new pictures of the sides of the truck. Click the "add photo" button over and over and nothing happened. Had to just move on and accept the photos that were already there. Several other issues with the app as well.
