Gerald MWe had to clean the 20' truck inside because the smell was terribly lingering we used alcohol and bleach water on the floor and pretty much all areas inside the truck to remove that bad smell. The truck ran great but we I did notice a miss due with its engine. It didn't give us a problem ask the way to MI.

Jade BYou got good rating because the lady inside was so nice. But your representative when you call with a problem is terrible. If I move again I will carry everything on my back one at a time before I rent anything from uhaul again. I called to see if uhaul could put my money back in my account. They said they would put a hold on 153.00 okay and then when I brought the truck back they took another 103.66. I went to get groceries and all my little money was gone. I called uhaual and spoke to Jesus and he hung up on me. I called back dillion was nice, he transferred me to a supervisor, joy, she hung up on me to. Because I need my money. My account will go into overdraft because of these transactions and I am the only one who suffers, not uhaul. Then fir the people to just hang up, not once but twice, my brother was a witness. Terrible, just terrible and my money still not in my account. They said three business days. So I have to borrow gas money because uhaul took all my money.

Katherine LCheck your trucks before lending them out to the next customer. I received a truck drove it to my destination and opened the rear to find it 75% full of trash and construction waste. Partly my fault for not looking first but don’t think that should ever happen. No compensation for my time was received or payment for gas I had to purchase.

Robert HFirst time UHAUL renter. I rented a 6x12 with ramp open trailer. I needed the trailer to purchase a 5' zero-turn mower from a man 300 miles from here. Four hour drive, paid the man, and then discovered that the opening at the rear is only 4'9" , no where near the 72" I expected ! There was no way to get my 60" wide mower loaded. I had to get my money back, drive 4 hours back without the mower. I had called and checked with the lady at the local rental place about exchanging the 6x12 with ramp for a 6x12 without one when I found out it was full width. I could have used my own ramps. But was told I could not exchange trailers there because the trailer I had could only be returned to their location. I was out $125 in gas, an entire day of driving, and then the cost of the trailer rental. Seriously frustrating experience.

I’ve gotten to know them as “Nicks” is also a large, clean laundromat that I’ve used now for six months. I don’t know how to tell you to improve…keep doing what you’re doing. THAT SAID…the mileage costs seem to be too high…that’s my ONLY suggestion.

Alexia WPicked up the trailer Sunday afternoon and noticed later that evening that the left tire was low. Put air in the tire that evening but the tire was low again the next morning. Called the manager, Toni, and she was no help. Said they did not have the ability to repair the tire. Told me I could bring the trailer back and THEY WOULD ONLY CHARGE ME FOR ONE DAY! Told me to call the 1-800-Go U-Haul number for assistance. This was the only one-way trailer to rent in the area so returning the trailer was not an option. I drove the trailer to NC and just put air in the tire as required. It was clear that the main focus of this business was primarily their laundromat business. The only had 2-3 trailers there and once they got my money, any issues were not their problem! This place is a poor representation of U-Haul service.

Louis SThe person inside was extremely rude when I mentioned I couldn’t get out the 3 empty boxes from the back. She said Uhual would charge me 25 dollars so I agreed to pay it and she said with the charge I will still have to take the boxes out. She told me to tell a man outside the laundromat to get them to do it. Reluctantly I did and the gentleman helped. But I’ve never been treated so poorly. I’ve rented from Uhual for years and never been treated that way. I’ll never go back there and will definitely let people I know not to use that location.

LARRY MThe A/C did not work in my rental. I brought it up to the lady at checkout and only advised she would tell maintenance. Paying $30 for a truck and $1.09 I would at least like A/C after moving all day in south MS. Not impressed.

Robert HMy original request was to the Uhaul off DeBuys Road in Biloxi. Verified it 3 times plus went in two days before to make sure everything was ok and see if I could pay then. Couldn’t pay till I delivered truck back and they verified all my info and said completely done and would be ready at 830 am Saturday Aug the 6th. I called my movers and verified with him also. When my mover went to pick up vehicle the mysteriously lost all data on me. They never did give me confirmation number and never told me I needed one. I will let this incident be known to as many people I can. Was so disgusted. Had to settle to traveling approx 10 miles each way to pick up and drop off truck plus pay my mover twice his rate because of being 3 hours late getting Uhaul. Also had to pay 2 x at least more for bigger truck. Pleased with Uhaul. Cant say I am and will make it known to everyone I come in contact with.

Mary LThe vehicle was in poor condition. The driver's side inside door handle was broken making it difficult to close the door. The interior of the cab was filthy and there was an ant infestation in both the cab and cargo area which got into our household goods. The ramp for the cargo area would not release due to a faulty bracket. Finally, the truck was reserved through the U-Haul mobile app and was supposed to be picked up solely by use of the app. However, this location did not provide this service. So, why did U-Haul assign this location for my pickup? This was overall a horrible experience!
Hans BI did the mobile check in and followed the instructions. I did not move to the front of the line as instructed and waited my turn. Once at the counter I told the attendant that I completed the mobile check in but the whole process was repeated. the mobile app did nothing in way of saving me time.

eric dThey had what I needed at the time, however it seems their in-store is not as comprehensive as some others I've been to. That is not to say it bad, but they primarily specialize to renting equipment. Overall great service, and I'll definitely come here again to get equipment so long as they have it.
Andrey AUhaul said that I would get a military discount, in the end I called back to Jackson,MS location and they said they don’t give a military discount, I was confused.
MICHAEL SVan and trailer not set up on arrival. Took an hour to complete rental. Drop off was a nightmare. Pouring rain and muddy parking lot. Building invested with termites. Over charged after reserving a truck online, but site didn't have a truck so they upcharged me. Why did website let me reserve if they didn't have the requested vehicle? Overall bad experience
Edouard CTruck broke down 5 miles after renting it. Had to wait an hour for repair to show up and another 1 and a half to get it all fixed. Get vehicles serviced on a schedule and stop making renters have to deal with issues
