HOLLY NThe first place I was supposed to drop off the trailer was fenced in and no one was there nor did they answer the phone. When called it went to phone mail and no one returned the call. I then called your number and was on hold for at least 40 min. When we got to talk to some one they put us on hold , for at least another 10 min. Finally some got on the phone and gave us another place to drop off the trailer which was closer to our address and very convenient.
Dave CWhen I checked out my original pick up spot they informed me they were not open on Sunday and were very rude. When I changed my pick up spot U-Haul had the dates all wrong and I know I didn't change anything on the dates. The fella, Austin, at Nicholson Tire in Mineral Bluff GA was very helpful and made the corrections and had me dropping off the trailer in Warrenton VA., which was much closer for me. When he printed the document it still had me dropping it off it still reflected 10700 Wakeman CT. Manassas. The trailer worked out great and I got everything I needed to my family member but when I went to drop it off at Wakeman Ct. the individual was extremely rude, wouldn't not accept the trailer and tried to give me directions to another U-Haul yard. I informed him of what a gentlemen he was and left. Found another U-Haul yard/office in Manassas and they were very helpful excepting and completing the paperwork for me to close out this debacle. I'll not try and use U-Haul again due to the satellite companies that really don't care about their U-Haul connection. I can't believe a company as big as U-Haul would allow this to happen. Unfortunate and I'm done.

Marc OI received an OLD 26 ft truck without air conditioning for me to cross the country, including the desert! It had no ability to plug in my gps etc, and had 191k miles. The steering was so sloppy that I had to switch or rock from side to side constantly in order to follow a straight line! NEVER again! I would have bought a better truck for less!

Jessica Cflat tire when I pick the trailer up, customer service representative hung up on me because she could not find my address and I asked for a supervisor. After calling back the next person was able to send me a text to show my GPS location... why didn't the first person do that instead of arguing with me and then hanging up on me?
ashley cNicholson Tire / Uhaul dealer are great people. Austin takes care of the Uhaul. Very helpful, polite and courteous. They have a big lot for parking and maneuvering around. Austin gets you in and out in a timely manor so you can go about your day.

Eric CI dropped the truck off after hours so I cannot really rate the experience on drop off. Location was good coming from Murphy and I saved money by dropping off here rather than in Murphy.

Todd ACalled last week to schedule drop off on Sunday, they are closed but told me where to drop it at. I did and called Monday morning and he said he would check it and take care of the check in that morn. He never did, next day emailed U-Haul, following day called U-Haul, then another day called U-Haul. 2 1/2 days after dropping it off and after the second called to U-Haul they finally got the location to check in the trailer as returned. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. The told me the man at the location stated he had been busy and not been able to get to it. It was 2 1/2 days not checked in and he said he would do it the morning I spoke to him. This is just garbage customer service.
Heath NNicholson Tire is a great place to rent or drop off your U-Haul. Also great place for tires.
Donald RAny or closest location should be the customers choice not yours! After dropping off rental. I was called the next morning to pick up and transport the rental to a different location farther away, that kind of nonsense should have been on your dime and time not the customer, we had enough to do with the moving prosses off our family we did not need more to do. Very annoying.

Mark LThis is not your father's U Haul. Past experiences have not been good but this was. Both pick up and drop off were very easy. I will need them again soon and I won't hesitate to use them.
