The service I received on the delivery and pick up of the U-boxes went very smoothly. She was awesome. The team from Loadoff was excellent. My issue is the company that packed my belongings in Vero Beach, FL. They didn't use the furniture pads on many pieces resulting in damage to my furniture. The boxes were not packed full, and thereby I didn't need 4 containers, resulting in additional expenses I incurred.

Took 2 hours to find Ubox location then took 4 days over 5 hours with multiple calls too finally secure delivery. The company recommended to deliver the Ubox didn’t deliver until the 3rd day from its original confirmation don’t know why a guarantee is offered if it really not a guarantee..
