Everyone there was super friendly and helped us each step of the way. Also, they have great hours of operation for pick up and drop off. I would definitely use them again for any truck needs.
Mark MNot charge them for gas and extra charges, when the put 30 bucks in the tank for 75 miles. They are are ripping people off. Was 119. Now changing me 145.
Michelle SAfter I confirmed my online check in, they didn’t have the 15’ truck, and gave me a 10’ instead. I didn’t have a ramp or a box wheeler. I had to make 2 trips instead of 1. Highly inconvenient and they charged me extra as well. I will not be back. The truck had cigarette butts in it, the key ignition was broken- it was very hard to start, and the check engine light was on.
Felicia YOnline reservation complete time waisted. Not ready for me. Truck had broken glass bottle in far corner of bed. Was a quarter tank low so I spent $39 on fuel to travel 11 miles. Life happens. Friendly helpers at store, and truck was very clean up front... ran well. Glad they were open on Fed holiday.

Terril PThey need to make sure the truck is clean before they rent it to the next person. I returned it in the condition it was received. I also didn't receive my moving blankets, despite them mentioning them during the pickup process.

Chris QWhen I brought the truck back the gas tank wouldn’t register the amount of gas I just put in . If I hadn’t of had the the tech guy turn the engine off and restart it my 35.00 worth of gas would not have been accounted for . The truck engine was ticking the whole way , not sure if it was going to make the trip
