The vehicle was dirty when I picked it up, with debris in the bed and spilled liquid in the cupholder. The vehicle had half a tank of gas when I picked it up. I used a quarter of a tank. I couldn't get the vehicle back by my scheduled pick-up time if I gassed it back up, so I took it back without refilling it to half a tank. The man who checked me out estimated that I would be charged under $50 if I didn't gas it back up. I was charged $200 for gas by U-haul. I was also charged for 90 miles distance when I only drove around 55 miles. I'll be using movers in the future.

I turned my truck in on 11/14/2022 around 2:30-2:45. However I got a document that the truck with a few showing the truck was not returned until 11/15/2022. This is inaccurate and highly unprofessional because I returned it on 11/14 and I will not be paying this fee.

My granddaughter and I we're approach at 730 pm in a dark parking lot. Three masked (Covid) black men begging for money or food. Extremely scary to us. I'm glad I conceal and carry. It was after hours and the gentleman on the phone in the morning was very helpful. I would never use that drop off location again.

The two guys who hooked up the trailer did not care. They did not check the lights on the trailer. I had to drive the trailer 500 miles across Texas with no runner lights with the flashers on. the crew was very careless and in a hurry to get rid of me.

This location was one with high soliciting of all kinds(sex)and was ran down. The young lady who I rented the U-Haul from in the beginning was helpful, but when I return the vehicle back, it was on the 3/4 notch where I was supposed to return it back to but it wasn't on there to her liking speaking about the gas hand, so in order for me not to be charged an additional day fee I had to go and put additional money in it to get it over to gas line mark. This was the worst experience I could've ever imagined it would be with using U-Haul for the first time, it is highly unlikely that I will use U-Haul again, or even recommend it to other family members especially this location.

very confusing and lack of safety in the area. returned truck at exactly 1/4 of a tank (that same amount it had in it when i picked it up) and was charged for 6 gallons of gas as well as a fuel fee that totaled to almost $60. all in all very bad experience with this location.

The store that purchase a U-Haul friend did a really good job. He didn't do anything wrong he just wasn't very knowledgeable on where I was dropping it off and didn't let me know that they would be closed when I tried to drop it off. I paid 140 something dollars for a one-way 52 miles and the truck was very hard to drive it was not maintained whatsoever. Then when I got to my destination we went a little over the miles because I had to take it up to the place to return it and then go all the way back to my house then return it the next day and wait till they opened at 10 so that took some of the miles I put gas in So all the sudden I get a credit card charge for 94 something dollars extra for going over the mileage and not having the gas exactly where it needed to go because the place was closed. I dropped it off at East Fork and 80 and they had no drop off box everything was completely caged. I was very upset about that and that's why I was not gonna go get gas again but I had no idea they were going to charge me that much. Overall experience because of the place I dropped it off very very upset. They need to have a way that you can drop it off and if they did have a way to drop it off I called the guy at the store I purchased it for him and he had no clue And he couldn't help me. So overall I spent a good $250 just for a one-way U-Haul I should've just paid a moving company and would've spent the same amount of money and not done any of the work. The only reason I'm telling you this is not to complain or write a bad review, but for you to better your establishments of where you drop off and take them. I feel I was really taken by the money and they had my credit card on file so instead of discussing with me what they were going to charge me they just charged it. Very dissatisfied with the outcome. I was just helping my kids pay for it to get her to my house I had no clue I was gonna be paying that much money just for a one-way U-Haul.

This location was completely unprepared for my reservation. It took over 25 minutes for the entire check in process. The employee did not even know how to open the back of the truck. The location was not a safety area inside and out, I was ask by more than 5 different strangers if I needed a worker or could give them money. At one point one of the men began yelling at me; I was very scared even to be in the store. As a woman alone picking up the truck, I believe UHAUL should do a better job to keep its clients safe.

Very rude service, we got the haul half way to E and they wanted us to bring it back with an full tank. The lady was very rude telling me I am trying to scam her even though I had my card on file. The manger talked to me over a face time call very rudely. She threw the keys at me and told me to GO FILL IT UP. I will be making a report to the police. They are very racist people!!!

I get charged an additional 100.00 when i brought the van back the same day , they charged me for 2 dollies which i only had 1 , & i filled the tank back up to where it was supposed to be and they charged me additional for that ! i am not paying that 100.00 charge . i paid my 74.XX that was owed . Absolute dump of a pickup location. The first truck they supplied me had NO GAS IN IT. They then tried telling me that I can fill it up myself, and then they'll reimburse me. I don't trust them so I refused. Then they offered me an alternative van. Thankyou. I drove 40 miles (which is under the 41 miles that they include in the rental) and then they charged me an additional $45 for using the gas. SCAM OF A COMPANY. Now I'm on the phone w customer service demanding my gas charge back. GARBAGE COMPANY

The truck leaked and my boxes were wet. Legroom sucked (I'm 5' 10"). No cruise control. No Bluetooth and couldn't sync using a cable. It's not about the locations, but the truck itself.

Location for drop off chosen should remain the agreed upon Location as when the 15' truck was rented. It was an out of State rental driven over 600 miles & cost a lot ....! customer should be satisfied to the end especially location drop-off for a Single Woman. Plus place of Business had not much of any Sign about Uhaul!

The attendant was polite and helpful. The rental process was a bit involved. I should have been asked for a person who knew me ahead of time so I had their phone number ready. Why is this necessary anyway? The return also took some time. The van was clean on the inside but the windshield was very dirty. I tried cleaning it when I bought gas on the way back. It so covered with gunk that I could hardly make any progress in cleaning it. Also, I filled the gas tank. It was not completely full when I picked it up, but It was close. I could not get it just at the exact level at the pump, so I overpaid for the gas in order to avoid any extra charges. I would recommend having everyone fill it completely so that someone who is more conscientious is not subsidizing people who are not and subsidizing Uhaul's profitability.

The truck was excellent and the lot was large and exiting with the truck was easy. But the location was undesirable due to several people lingering around the lot staring at us, with one asking me if I needed a mover several times even though I said no thanks. A customer inside the convenience store approached me while I was waiting to get the keys and contract and seemed to be impaired (at 10 am).

We were an hour late brining it back due to the bad weather. We were told we had to pay for another day. Fine, I get that, although I feel like maybe we could have had some leniency on that. We asked if we could return it and just keep the dolly for the day. We were told you can only rent the dolly with the truck....not true. We left the truck there and took the dolly for the day since we were paying for it anyhow. We kept the keys. We got a call about 2:00 to return the key to the truck. We had paid for it until 10am the next day, so we said no. The man was not too happy with that. They wanted the key so they could rent it out while we were still paying for it! The girl at the counter had no idea what she was doing. She had to call the main number several times for help. Could not give us a receipt. We had to wait almost an hour to return it because she had customers at the mini mart where these trucks were rented from and didn't know what she was doing anyhow. So we had to wait while she sold lottery tickets and beers to customers. HORRIBLE experience. We will NEVER rent from Uhaul again.

I reserved 24 moving blankets and 2 furniture dollies with the truck. About an hour before I was scheduled to pick up the truck, a person called me and said that he only had 12 moving blankets and 1 furniture dolly. I had to buy additional moving blankets and another furniture dolly. Not only did this cost me money, it cost me time and delayed my departure by over an hour. Moving is already stressful and this made it even more stressful as I had to find a store with these items. Very disappointing service from UHaul.

The truck smelled like a homeless person camped out in it for a week. It had sticky spilled soda all over the console and seats. It had dirty socks and a used face mask still in it. Marked the gas tank full but it only had 3/4 tank. I took a picture of the gas gauge with the mileage and showed it to the return location and they fixed it.

Neither my wife, nor my son could understand the young man on the phone. When I arrived I found out why...his cell phone was also his wristwatch. But in fact I couldn't understand him very well in person. He marked the fuel at 7/8 but in reality it was at 5/8...a few gallons difference in that big tank.

Don't drop off here. This location is in a very rough part of town, with people waiting for offers for work in front of the key drop box. Not a very welcoming environment to return a U-Haul when people are approaching you asking for money or work.

Drug addicts laying on the ground outside. Just inside the front door blocking the entrance is a belligerent man with no mask reeking of alcohol who can't stand up demanding that EMS come. Store employee with no mask is standing next to this man blocking the entrance. In the back of the tiny store is a video slot machine which a woman is gambling on with her son who looks about 8. Took 30 minutes to check me in, asked me all the questions I had already answered online, couldn't find the keys, asked me to pay even tho I had already paid. While I wait various people with no masks keeping coming and going all buying beer (at 9am), some shouting at the belligerent homeless man at the door telling him he doesn't need EMS. Finally get to the parking lot. Every truck has day laborers lounging on the bumpers. Find my truck, take it, turns out the additional blankets I paid for weren't included.
