I made a reservation, and called to reschedule, but the person that, answered said I had not made a reservation. However, she was very kind and helpful for me in planning on reserving again.
Was NOT informed to expect a confirmation call from stg unit employee and had a temporary issue when I missed the call and didn't hear a message the left for 3 hours. They gave away my reserved unit.

The facility was very dirty. It was also listed as climate controlled online. It was not climate controlled. There was old furniture all over the place that was a trip hazard.
Would use again if I needed to, the staff was always nice and the facilities were clean

Christine was nice but the guy was not so friendly. The only reason I would recommend them is because of Christine it was jus the guy working there I would give them a bad rating. He should be nicer

Facility was semi closed wasn?t able to open a unit in my name. Was able to open a new unit under my sisters name who was an existing unit holder.
Everything was super easy. I made the reservation online and Christina called me to confirm. When I came to the facility, she showed me several units so I could decide on the right size.

Christina was very helpful! The facility is clean and they have carts available for use, but the tops of the units are only covered with chicken wire so they are not fullly closed in

This location is conveniently located near the RI-MA line. Despite still being under construction while they add new storage, the location is quiet, clean, temp controlled, and easily accessible.
