This is such a clean storage facility !!! I was greeted with a very warm welcome, along with a big smile. It was as if I personally knew the owner. He explained everything to me, with the understanding that if there should be any kind of problems, Bring it to his attention an he would resolve the problem. I must admit that I checked out several other storage facility,But neither of them were a match for "New Carolina Self Storage" They Treat You Right !

The truck I rented kept getting stuck in 3rd gear and the trailer brakes have delayed release.

So I go to rent a truck 29.95 + gas fare, okay, no problem. I payed 44 before leaving, that's with an estimate of 12 miles back and forth in gas. I actually went about 14miles. The next day I check my card there's a $76 charge on my account. I knew i would have to pay the difference but $32 for 2 miles??? Sounds like a ripoff to me. Not to mention another $10 i put in the gas tank! There's no way you should be scamming people and charging almost triple the price! If you can find another moving service, I suggest you to do that. Its already stressful enough to move. Don't add more to the plate.

When I went to pick up the trailer, there was none available even though I made my reservation a week in advance. The one I was suppose to get hadn't been returned and had been broken down. I wish I was contacted ahead of time so I had known. The lady that helped me was very nice and helped me find a different trailer at a different location but this pushed me back and messed up who I asked to help move.

Brad picked me up at a nearby motel and brought me to New Carolina Self Storage so I could get a Uhaul truck and car dolly. Furthermore, this was a Sunday and they are "normally closed" but he made a special effort to assist me! Great people who go well out of their way to help their customers!!

I see absolutely nothing that could have been done any differently to make our experience with New Carolina Self Storage any better. The personnel and owner are always very courteous and straight forward in their business endeavors. They go 110% to satisfy and deliver and assure the customer has a positive experience. Although people say that there is always room for improvement.....I don't agree when it comes to New Carolina Self Storage personnel.
