The truck bed and floor mats were muddy, but not really an issue. People at the front desk were excellent.

RICHARD BOURKWhen you pay a large sum of money to rent a truck, you'd at least expect to not be threatened to be charged 50.00 over two pieces of paper left in the truck. Seems like uhaul has alot of very lazy workers who would never do things for their customers.

I have taken my checking acct info off and now they are trying to charge an old card. I have called. I have written emails. No answer. Next stop BBB and get new cards after filing fraud charges against them.

Daniel DartezNo one was at the store when I was supposed to drop off the truck. I stayed 15 minutes past the drop off time and still no one was there. So I dropped the key off in the dropbox. When I went back to check on the truck the attendant said that I dropped the truck off at the time I when back and then charged me an extra day because I didn't drop it off at the "right time". This is extremely wrong. And the attendant's fault for not showing up at the right time.

ROBERT THRASHERI had originally scheduled my rental truck pick up in 70605 and found out the night before that my reservation was transferred to a location 30 mins farther away. This was a significant inconvenience.
Chad ArdoinI called the office on Friday 5/28/21 to let them know I was moved out but my padlock was still on the door so I could come back and sweep out the unit, however when I went back on Sunday, 5/30/21, my padlock had been cut and the unit had another lock on it. What if I wanted to keep my padlock that cost me quite a bit of $$? Also, there was a lot of mouse droppings on my containers. Is this normal? Otherwise, I have been very satisfied with the service. Thank you.

Robert RosteetAfter hurricane for 3 months the facility did not have a front gate. Water got into my unit and I was told by the staff that I was mistaken even after showing proof. My unit was “climate controlled” but all of my bends and wood furniture had mold growing on it.
