After hurricane for 3 months the facility did not have a front gate. Water got into my unit and I was told by the staff that I was mistaken even after showing proof. My unit was "climate controlled" but all of my bends and wood furniture had mold growing on it.

Truck had not been swept out from the previous renter. After I used the truck and brought it to the drop off location I was informed that if I didn't sweep the truck I would be charged a 25.00 clean up fee. I swept it clean after the agent brought me a broom. I informed him that the truck was in this condition when I rented it.

The only downside is the truck was bigger than I needed (15' truck). Everything else was quick, easy and I booked it same day. Excellent service.

Daily rates instead of rates for 2 days. I only had the truck less than 24 hours but still had to pay a 2 day rental

First off, nobody was at the original location where I was supposed to pick up the trailer and they did not even answer the phone. Then I spent over two hours trying to secure a trailer at another location. On top of that I was charged twice for the reservation. I've had nothing but problems every time I use U-haul but because you continue to be the most economical choice I will probably continue to come back.

Charged extra mileage. For military PCS a truck weight is needed for empty and full. Since that must have been more miles then I was originally charged for, having to go out my way for the weights, seems that should not be charged. For military in that situation. But overall great, the worker at the drop off was very nice and easy to start a conversation with. Great employee

Nothing! This was a fantastic experience. The staff went above & beyond to help with an electrical problem with my vehicle that was use to pull your rental trailer. They worked 1/2 hour past closing time to meet my rental needs. ¡Gracias!

The lady and gentleman that work at this location were very helpful. This was my second trip trying to rent car tow dolly. The first trip the dolly's lights wouldn't work therefore we couldn't use the dolly. They credited me $50 dollars on my credit card because I came from Houston and there were no other tow dolly's in the surrounding area. I came back a week later and there was a dolly waiting for me, they helped get it attached to the truck and sent me on my way. Thank you to those two people. I'm sorry I don't remember their names. And yes I would do business with them again.
