Easy to rent online, fellow at the register was great, helped park it when I returned as it is a tight spot. At a gas station, so easy to top off the tank right there too.Harry B.
the location was great. however the fuel charge was not fair. It was initially between 1/2 and 5/8 when I got the van in the morning and then refilled it to the same level when i returned it. but when i got the bill the next day it said that the fuel was at 1/2 and it charged me for an extra 4 gallons.Seyed F.

This was my first experience renting a van at a Non-Uhaul facility. The person who rents the Trucks was not present when I came to pick up the van. I arrived at the time of my reservation. It took over a half hour to reach the owner. The convenience store clerk was diligent on trying to reach the owner. Everything had to be done over the phone because he was not there. He, Billy, was polite and courteous, but I did not appreciate the long wait to contact him to begin the process. Other than that, everything was fine.Ericka B.
