Justin MDrop box is hard to find or doesn't exist. I couldn't find it.
Lauren MIt was a bit unclear where to drop the keys. And the store hours were not amenable to my drop off time so I couldn’t have help if necessary.
Nicole BI could not complete the self check out upon return. The link for self check out did not work. I tried doing it at home via the website and could not. I tried on line chat and after waiting 20 minutes for a response I stopped. Tired sending an email and it also didn't work. Finally tried calling the 800 # and after selecting my prompts I get a message that they are experiencing difficulties and then it hung up. I called a left a voicemail message for the agents facility and asked for a return call in the morning, but never got one. I had to finally call them to make sure they found the trailer which they did. If it wasn't for a lady named Sue who I spoke with twice at the 800 # during the rental this experience would have been lousy.

Bridget VThe location was ok. Ethan was nice and tried hard. But the rental vehicles weren't in close proximity and with only one person working there it took so long Xtra time to drop off the vehicles because he was on the phone helping a storage facility customer.
