Nothing, everything went fine.
William C.This location did not provide any customer service. The "open" sign was on, the door was locked to the office, no one inside behind the desk. After pounding on the door in the rain it took a phone call to the number on the door( different from number online) for someone to come out and answer a few basic questions.

GINO M.Mileage on vehicle was different than website said, this caused issues when doing the 24/7 share vehicle checklist through the website. Had to call customer service, ate up 45 minutes of my rental. Caused issues upon returning also.
Joe V.The lady left when we had a reservation at 3:30. Reservation was for 3:15 and then we ran late. But I've never been locked out or told I'd have to wait now another hour and 15 mins past my reservation time bc the store lady left to go get her kids. I understand being a single mom since I am as well. But if your going to lock up and know someone is coming maybe call them and tell them the keys are outside the building. Or don't come bc I won't be there till 4:30 or don't allow pick up for trucks at that time knowing you will have to leave shortly. She was very kind after she finally got back but that was extremely unprofessional and incredibly inconvenient what happened.

Patricia B.It was difficult to navigate your website to get access to the code to get the key for this truck. Also, I do not like or appreciate that when booking a truck, the website has all the equipment selected and then it's up to me to de-select what I don't want. I did this and I still had an appliance dolly in the rental, which I didn't not want or need. That just became a headache as I had no room for it.
Kimberley T.We were "guaranteed " a 20 ft truck to be picked up at 7:30 AM. As we were walking in we received a text saying the truck was not there. We had to drive an hour away to pick up a 20 ft truck we were told they were holding for us. When we reached that destination we found they were holding a 26 ft truck not a 20 ft. This whole fiasco put us 2 1/2 hours behind in the moving process that day. Not at all happy. We should have received a discount for the inconvenience but we did not.
ANDREW PERRY P.Convenient for drop off. Very accommodating staff member. Questioned why website ‘frequently asked questions' stated that tolls were covered by UHaul but NOT true. Was pleased that I was able to switch drop off by a call. Not happy that I was notified < 24 H prior to pickup that I had to drive + 10 miles to pickup truck. This should have been arranged to have requested truck at confirmed pickup point with my reservation made weeks ahead of pickup. Not a very customer oriented practice!

ALLISON M C.I did mobile pick up - the agent who was supposed to confirm my identity took about 15 minutes to help me, and then the website crashed in the middle of my pick up. When the website finally returned I was informed that i had successfully checked out the truck and the only option available to me was to return it. I had not yet received a code to get the key. Lucky for me, the key was stored in the back of the truck, secured with an unlocked combination lock. I tried calling customer service but became frustrated and hung up after 20 minutes of hold time. If any of this stuff could be prevented in the future it would provide a better experience.

Thomas H.I was very disappointed in the staff there was not anyone there to pick up are rental and we dropped the truck off before they closed and there still wasnt anyone.we ended up getting our truck 40 minutes later then we had planned because the sales associate was no where to be found. The truck salled on us when we went to bring it back. Over all very disappointed!
NATHAN B.My only concern was the odometer in the truck. I don't think it was correct. I believe it registered at least 10 more miles then I drove. I googled maped the distance and I can't get it to add up. Other then that, it was a good experience.

richard U.I signed a contract that stated the gas tank had a 1/2 tank and for it be returned with a 1/2 tank. About a mile down the road i looked down and the tank had. 1/4 tank of gas. I suggest you check the gas before you leave the parking lot, my bad!
