Pick up and drop off through the website was a nightmare. It took me almost an hour and a half to pick up truck with 4 calls to U-haul. Should have been told while making the reservation the hours U-haul rented the truck (10-5), should have been prepared for verification (passport, lease, contact family/friends to pick up phone calls). I could have been prepared if I was told I needed to have these items for verification. Then drop off, sitting on lot trying to return truck and U-haul couldn't find my location even with the help of multiple customer service reps. The whole process was very frustrating. I wasted almost two hours trying to pick up and drop off the truck, waiting on hold for U-haul customer service and speaking to customer service. I have rented trucks before from this location when the office is open and had a much better experience.
Helpful and courteous staff.
The cable on the door of the truck we rented had come off the line, so we couldn't close the loading door all the way down. It's illegal to drive with the back door partially open so we couldn't use it. When we asked to switch it out, we were told we would have to contact UHaul and go through a replacement process. We were on a time crunch with moving and instead decided to just return the vehicle and try to use our own personal vehicle to move as best as we could. There was another truck on site. It's unclear why we couldn't have quickly just swapped trucks. The entire process was just long and disorganized.
The clerk failed to mention that the key drop option would cost $20. I was also charged for an additional day for some reason. I feel as if I was ripped off. First time I have had these issues and I am disappointed.
I know because of COVID19 things are different now. But person in the office at a time cuts into the allotted time to complete your move when you have a reservation. I just think they should redo that a little other than that it was a great experience.
Nothing! I was very Satisified. The staff was great. They were friendly and helpful. I will be using U-Haul next time I need to rent a truck.
Some people don't use the computer to check in the truck so it makes it hard when u drop the truck off I couldn't get on line to let them know when we dropped it off so I think u should do something to change
Not a lot of parking spots
Everything was great.
The cab of the truck was dirty and had an old pop can. It also smelled of cigarette smoke. The people were very friendly and helpful! The only thing I would change would be the cleanliness of the cab.

Very Professional and the truck was ready to go and the extra blankets needed for a move and storage. The ladies there were very helpful and friendly minded. I would recommend them to friends and family.
Ordered furniture pads, but the location was out of pads and we did not receive notice. There were no pads on the day we picked up the truck. We would have appreciated a heads up on the situation.
Not overbook! I booked a truck more than a week in advance, only to show up and wait for *40 minutes* to speak to an employee (because you only had one poor employee working) and listen to him tell me that they didn't have the truck because they overbooked. He sent me to another location (that was 20 minutes away) with the promise of a $50 refund, which I never received. I waited another 20 minutes to speak to an employee there and received the truck but not the refund. It has been a month and I still have not received the refund. I had to go out of my way to waste time on our moving day to switch locations (not to mention the 1+ hours that I spent waiting at them) and then didn't even get the refund I was promised. I paid for more miles and gas than what was needed due to the extra drive time and was never reimbursed for that either. It was absurd and I would NOT recommend Uhaul to anyone.
Truck cargo area was dirty, but the customer representative did a quick sweep once she noticed this. Location didn't have any furniture pads, nor furniture dolly; they were both rented along with the truck.
Just a small location. That's the only complaint. When I brought it back there was no room. Almost had to park it on the side of the road.

Don't charge $20 for a drop off after hours. Not everyone has a smart mobile device or with them at the time of drop off. This practice hurts people who are economically insecure. Personally, I am not using Uhaul ever again and will advise people against using your services because of this change the company has made.

The service I faced yesterday was very poor. I did pay through the app to get the medium truck and sit was available at the location and they give me the key for the Van for the same price! !! When I talked to the office they were a “USELESS “ and when I did call the U-Haul no one even say sorry!! Instead after a half hour waiting on the line they want to charge me again for the truck I want !!!!? What a very bad service is this NEVER rent from them again
The individual that was there was rude, unprofessional, spoke with a monotone voice, did not smile and was not welcoming at ALL!!!! When returning the vehicle she was not any different. If this is the type of person who is representing your company, I will certainly think twice about renting from U Haul and WILL NEVER RENT FROM THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!!
Customer service at this location is cold and in a great deal of an overall. I would rent here again ONLY due to the location.

The vehicle I rented did not have cruise control... As I had many highway miles to drive that really woulda been a nice feature...it looked like it did but didnt...
Rapid and good service
The uhaul I received was awful. It was snowing and the roads were slick, but a large truck should have a relatively smooth drive. The tires were so worn down that it would not accelerate and it was sliding around the road. I couldn't go over 30 mph because it would shake. It also wouldn't drive up this slanted driveway. We but salt and shovels it, but the tires were so slick that it wouldn't make it up the hill. It also slide sideways down the hill. I felt like I was gonna die during the entire trip.

GO OUT OF BUSINESS!
The attendant wasn't there when I arrived and the office was locked. After she arrived (15-20 min) she processed the paperwork quickly but did not provide enough info about check-in and possible extra charges. I returned the truck at 5:40 on 11/27 (less than 3 hrs used) and she said she would verify my return later. I was not charged any extra fees but afterwards I was concerned that I would be charged . All else seemed OK.
Bumpy jurky ride drove 45 miles this vehicle has drive transmission problem
They were awesome! I came in last minute and they had the truck I needed available. The clerk was very nice and professional. We were in and out with a truck within 15 minutes.
The +++++ for U-Haul is they have many pick-up and drop-off locations. I had excellent experiences with the local Kirkland WA location when I lived there for the last 7 years. This experience was not as customer friendly. I used an app to check the truck in so as not to be charged an extra $20 for after-hours drop off. The smart phone app is somewhat tedious and check in took a little longer, mainly due to my lack of technological aptitude and the multitude of photos required late at night.

Horrible!! When we dropped off the truck there was no place to park our 20ft truck so we stopped in front of the gate. The sign on the door said they were at lunch. We waited for their return so as not to leave the truck in front of the gate. When the woman opened the door I asked her where we should park. She gave me a ton of attitude because of where we stopped the truck. Told her I'd move it if she would tell me where to park it. She pointed at the sign on gate. I again asked her where to park. Was told 'Just give me the keys' with a condescending tone, like she was scolding a child. Definitely needs people skills.
Everything was perfect!!! Sales person was great. She was informative, quick, efficient & professional.

Mileage was inaccurately posted at start. Took 30 minutes and three phone calls to a manager for a refund. No sorry, no smile, just a miserable employee handling a VERY simple task.
The dollies that I ordered were not included so I will have to call and get refunded. It also took an extra half an hour to get the key for some reason.
When I notified the rep I'll be there at 4:30pm no one notified me that the facility would be closed at 4:30. Nor did the rep take the time to accommodate me for my cash deposit that I now have to wait two business days for.
The inside of the truck smelled like something had died in it and that smell stuck to some of my stuff.
The worker who helped me was AWESOME! She was so friendly and went out of her way to help make my experience easy and stress free!
We had rented the truck but help did not show up, fortunately my son drove an hour with 2 little ones to help. Otherwise it would have been me age 60 with arthritis and dad 85 with heart issues. UHaul was most understanding when we need to extend the time

My bill was over estimated
Would have liked a return confirmation receipt. When returning truck, we were told the truck would be checked back in later. No verification of the truck being out in the lot, let alone checking return condition was done while we were there.
Had trouble with the after hours drop off ap. Representative on phone was helpful in noting problem and telling us what to do.
Staff was very thorough and friendly. It was my 3rd time using this location. I will definitely recommend this to anyone in of a uhaul.
Why does it matter had same complaint on 8-3 as 8-16 9am reservation arrived at 9:25am office was closed person standing outside said there is a lady in there. She eventually opened the door. Anyway by the time she helped customers waiting it was over half an hour before I finally pulled out with the trailer ??
