I was charged a $30 insurance fee that was not discussed with me at the time of rental. I immediately called when I received my paid invoice and noticed it. The location said I would need to call Uhaul directly and tell them that it was added by mistake. Uhaul did not fix the error and said they would need to send it else where within their company. I have not heard back from Uhaul to resolve.

The U-Haul cab was dirty, the dashboard had crud all over it, and worst of all, it reeked of smoke. Otherwise everything went well, but it was really gross to drive.

You’re kinda on your own , but that’s how the system is set up ; just follow all the instructions on your phone. Don’t expect anyone to answer the phone and NEVER try to get a refund for returned unused boxes

They couldn't explain the additional coverage and that ended up costing me $300. I knew exactly where I wanted to drop off the Uhaul and the guy said--that place is not in the computer so I'll just put unknown drop off. I knew exactly where i wanted! Then when I dropped it off they wanted to charge me additional!!

I tried to call this location 3 different times throughtout the day to see if I could drop off my truck at this location and no one ever answered the phone.

The people are wonderful but the 17 foot truck I reserved would not start and they did not have another one or a bigger size at that location, so I got downsized to a 15 foot one. I had to make two trips and customer service wasn’t very helpful about that. Not my best experience with Uhaul.

Check-in was great although there was one small mistake (it was corrected). My main feedback is on the condition of the truck, but I'm not sure that this is relevant to the location. I gave detailed feedback on the form when I returned the truck. I hope that the next customer gets one in better condition. Although relatively minor, they add up into a less-than-pleasant experience. It seems like there should be a cost adjustment in cases where the truck falls short of expectations.

The two people who were working there were very rude and not eager to assist me at all. When I arrived, they were both sitting at the front counter eating lunch. No one spoke to me until I said something to them. I was not shown my truck. The guy just pointed across the street and told it was over there. My dolly was not on the truck either. I had to wheel it across the street myself. Overall this was an awful experience and I will not be returning to this location. And I certainly will be spreading the word to friends and family not to go here either.

I reserved a cargo van to be picked up at one of local UHaul store in Dickson, TN. I did the reservation online two weeks prior to the rental date. When we arrived, we were told they didn't have a van or a 10' truck. The customer service was terrible. The clerk could have cared less that they didn't have the van and told me I should have called to make a reservation, not used their website. She acted like I was the one at fault, not their store. Will NEVER rent from that store again. We found a van at a store in Nashville, but had to drive 30 miles to get it. The clerk, Lilly was as nice and helpful as could be.

I was over charged and will call the corporation or who runs this... never will i use you again. I asked specific questions and made sure about mileage and gas and i am calling my bank to refuse the last 59. Charge for miles

Jason and his co-worker helped me with the issues I had. They went above and beyond to make sure they fixed any issues that I had. The actual uhaul service center employees on the corner of Wedgewood Ave and 8th Ave in Nashville TN are lazy and very unprofessional and not helpful at all. Every phone call I made to a call center, every person I spoke with was very helpful. Thank you again Jason and to your co-worker for helping me. Y'all need to be the actual uhaul service center for uhaul.

I rented furniture blankets that were not in the truck. I rented through the app early, so there was nobody to ask about it. One of my friends had to drive back to get the blankets. I received no discount for the trouble.

The representative told me to give an estimate of the number of miles I'd drive, and to highball it. Seemed strange to me, but he assured me that I'd only be charged for the number of miles I actually drove, and that the estimate was just for bookkeeping purposes. I was charged for all the miles I estimated. The number of miles I actually drove was not too far off from the estimate, so I'm not sweating it too much, but that representative was fishy and I feel scammed.

Excellent service by agent. Made sure the truck was clean. Explained paperwork clearly. Helped with my car parking. Location could use more space for parking. Only one available in front. Agent was remarkable with helping.

Never fully explained cleaning fee. Just said “mess in back of truck.” Just moved a piano and kayak. Maybe dirt from the kayak? Who knows. We don’t recall any “mess.”

The online “faster check-in” was not quicker than signing and paying in person. The employees were not helpful or friendly until about 45 min into our struggle of trying to pick up the vehicle.

Did Express check in online which did not save any time - caused delays. We were first in and about 5 people got checked out before us. Staff was nice. Facility was clean. Truck worked out great.

Personnel were polite, and we were able to quickly pick up our truck. The truck had less gas than we were told, but we still filled it to half full, not wanting an extra charge. Truck died on us as we left the gas station onto busy road. Thankfully it started right away, and we quickly returned ut.

I’ve had bad experiences with uhaul every time I’ve used their services for 4 years in a row. My locations constantly get changed without my being notified, and there have been errors with rental. This experience was better than others, but still not ideal.

Customer Service was rude when ask to view the truck before sign he gets up.( He had red hair) was not welcoming was not trying to give me the best deal argued that the truck was clean and it wasn't ( I have pictures) very rude when I drop off the keys no hello I'll be right with you he just stated his computer was updating with Attitude.

Please be sure to notify customers that furniture blankets should be folded in order to avoid the cleaning fee. I was not notified and was quite angry that I was charged 30 dollars for what would have taken me 5 minutes to do.

The pickup location was changed from my original reservation. It was unclear which location I was supposed to go to because I had emails confirming one location but texts confirming another. When I tried calling either location I was put on hold indefitely with no answer after 15min calling multiple times through out the day. Even when I tried to call customer service I didn’t get an answer. On the confirmation it says uhaul is required to confirm the pickup location which was never confirmed.

The lady I spoke with who doesn’t even work at ahaul was sweet and amazing. Uhaul over all can take some notes. Will never recommend uhaul to anyone.

When I picked up the truck & opened the door the inside of the truck was dirty it had not been sweep out at all. I did sweep & the guy where I left it said they will charge you the $25.00 anyway. UHAUL should not charge me the $25.00 & I have proof by 5 other people that it was dirty when I picked it up & the reason I had more miles is because there was apart of the interstate that was shut down for repair I should have been charged extra mileage cause I had to reroute my trip due to road work that was out of my hands. when I walked in there were three people sitting behind the desk and I had to walk up and ask if I could get some help. I asked if they had any vans available and the young lady responded, “nope” and didn’t even look up at me. She didn’t offer another truck or explain that the small box truck is the same price as the van. They were going to let me just leave. I persisted and asked what they did have available. After I decided to rent it I was told to go find it. When I finally found the truck it was parked so close to the fence that it made me uncomfortable to pull it out of the spot. I also had to drive over a big curb which was quite scary as well. When I came to return it I pulled it up to the building and some lady yelled, “that’s not where Uhaul’s go”. She was rude about it as well. Overall not the best experience I’ve had with uHaul. After the transaction was completed the gentlemen that helped me printed off a receipt and said, “there ya go”. So I just sat there trying to figure out if I was good to go while the three people behind the desk went back to what they were doing. A simple thank you would have assured me that everything was complete but I didn’t even get so much as eye contact.

A 2 minute walk through would’ve been helpful. As it took me about 15 minutes to figure out how to turn the E-brake off. A 2 minute walk through of where everything is would’ve been super helpful. Other than that it was great.
