Had to rent over the phone with the owner. Person on site did not go over vehicle with me. He just handed me the key and walked away. Will never use this location again.

David Ninitially I was supposed to pick up at emerald suites, but then uhal change my pick up location without notifying my. This caused 1.5 hour delay. Once I was at the correct location, everything went smoothly.
