I was very disappointed that in the middle of a Covid Pandemic none of the employees were wearing face coverings even though they are mandated by the state of KY. Also, I am certain I left my driver's license there but they cannot seem to find it.
Excellent customer service. Van was well-maintained and the online reservation process was quick and efficient.
The location was very accommodating and friendly but the Uhaul website needs improvements made to make the process easier for the customer and most importantly the businesses that are satellites for Uhaul. I lost close to an hour because the website kept crashing on me when I was trying to reserve it knowing that this location wasn't primarily a Uhaul location but offered the service on top of their regular business and the Uhaul website crashed on them repeatedly as well. Should be easier to accomplish

They are rips off and took 246 dollar from me for 2 dayes and i have gas back on where i left with it and they still charge me for gas. So they are rips off cuz it shouldnt been that high for 2 dayes
computer system was not working and created a delay in renting the equipment, also it took ten minutes to unhitch the uhaul trailer because the equipment was stuck

I wasn't informed of 20 dollar fee if didn't check Uhaul back in online if they were closed. We had the Uhaul back very night not even next day and ended up paying a 20 dollar fee because of missed info.

Was charged prices that I was not quoted. Got charged more than they told me I would.
I was charged an extra 10 bucks for mileage that could have been prevented with a different drop off point. Also had to wait 20 minutes before anyone bothered to help me when i was the first one in the store. The guy that did finally come out was very friendly though. His associates not so much.

Truck had a leak in the upper right corner of the loft. I had to purchase supplies and seal the leak before the truck was usable to prevent water damage to our property. I have also sent an email regarding this and expect a suitable resolution.
Make it more convenient for your customer. Not yourself. U knew a day in advance it was in Wetumpka not Prattville. Go over and pick it up yourself instead of charging the extra mileage. To your customer
I was charged for gas when we put gas in. I was told we only had 1/2 tank but we had 1/2 tank when we went to gas station to put more gas in truck before dropping it off. We made sure it was at 3/4. This is the first time I used u-haul. I'm not sure about using again. Bad thing is we dropped off on Sunday and when I got there truck had been moved.
The rental agent was very helpful in getting my auto hauler set up and ready for the road. He was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous.
