Sabrina WDon’t schedule a truck for a location at 8 am that doesn’t open till 10 am and you drive all the way to the location that is not open and call and have to change for a location that is 30 minutes away and no apology is offered. Poor customer service very disappointed

Leah HTruck was not road worthy 2 foot crack in windshield, headlights were so dim couldn't see at night, had a bad miss in it and the truck was beat to hell and back. And then I get a 25 cleaning charge for stuff that was in it when I got it so no happy at all will go to penske or hertz the next time

Jim wCheckin was a bit slow because U Haul web site is not user friendly. I tried to pre-check in and after an hour, gave up...........The clerk had trouble with it too and had to call U Haul..

PHILLIP PGiving Napa of Salyersville, KY a 1 star is being very generous! There was miscommunication about what time they closed, I thought Uhaul told me they closed at 5 but it was actually 4. After calling the store and explaining the situation the man I spoke with told me he could stay until 4:15 but no later. I told him thank you and we would be there as quick as possible. I called at 4:05 so that he could verify my info and charge my card so that when we got there all we had to do was sign the paper and get the keys but NO one answered. We made it to the store at 4:15 on the dot, I called and knocked on the door but they were gone. I completely understand store hours but if you say you'll stay 15 extra minutes then that's what you need to do! Instead of lying just say we can't stay past closing time. We really needed the truck so we had to go back the next day to pick it up and I could tell by the voice the guy working that day was the same one I spoke with on the phone the day before. I told him we could of had this done the day before but they left, and if they were going to tell someone they would stay late then that's what they needed to do instead of lying because it's bad business. He wouldn't even hand me the key or inspect the truck with us! We were out $164.30 for a truck we had about 7 hours.

Cynthia HI requested a 17 ft truck....when rep called said they didn't have a 17ft truck but could get me a 20ft for the same price. So we changed plans and were counting on the 20ft. When we arrived to pick it up the guy said that he didn't have a 20ft truck only a 17ft truck. We agreed to use it. He completed paper work and charged us 47 dollars and some change. Looked on my bank account and I now have another charge for $186. We left with half tank of gas and filled it back up to a half tank. We were charged well over $200 to drive 54 miles altogether. This is outrageous!!!!!

Helen HThe Trailer was dirty, I had to clean it before using it. The trailer had a near flat tire (20lbs when checked on the road) when it was given to me. It was not discovered for many miles. The trailer would sway when reaching 50mph or more. Once the rain stopped, I found a garage that checked air pressure, one was very low. I was forced to make stops to air up the tire to complete the trip. This made for an un-safe and slow trip. I would like to now that this complaint is registered. Jim Foley 636-233-8087
