Employee had no clue what he was doing. Great truck experience, extremely poor customer service experience. Would not go back to same location.

The morning of pick up the location for pick up was changed without notice. I had to drive another 20 minutes farther away from my loading location to get the truck at a gas station. The guy checking me out with the truck was also the only employee at the gas station, so every 30 seconds or so, he would leave the back office (a storage room with a computer where I had to go to do the paperwork) to ring up customers for cigarettes, gas, eyc. At one point he had me type in my own info because he kept running back and forth so much. Finally got the paperwork after about 20 minutes, had to do the truck inspection myself because he couldn't go outside, the gas gauge didn't match the paperwork, he didn't have the complete order there so I had to drive another hour round trip later that day to get the padding that was part of the order - after I had to sort it out with an area manager because the attendant was "new to uhaul" and language was a huge barrier. Realized after all that and was finally on the road that he put the wrong return date and overcharged me by 3 days! Called 800 number and was told I could resolve it at drop off point -which apparently is not the case. So I'm currently waiting to get a reply for a refund for being overcharged that has to go through the same gas station that screwed it up in the first place! I've used uhaul a lot with no issues, but this experience has been so bad and cost me so much time, money, and energy it's mind-blowing.

While trying to retrieve the key, I was informed that the truck rented was out of service. It took over 45 minutes to resolve the issue and get a new vehicle. Very inconvenient. Staff were nice but system not user friendly.

Very patient with me and all our questions. They made our move SO EASY! Thought it would be a headache! Far from it! Will defiantly recommend.

The truck was locked with no instructions on how to get in. The people acted lost. It took a long time to get out of there.
