There were safety issues with the vehicle. The driver side side view mirror was broken and could not be adjusted properly for my use. However, the Customer Service was excellent and it is the best customer relations of any U-Haul i have used over the years.Marc T.

This was incredibly difficult to make sense of, the lock was very difficult to open, we couldn't find the truck for a long time in the cold pouring rain. The phone service to help find the truck was entirely useless. The truck was not where the instructions said it was when we did eventually find it. When returning the truck there was no where to park and it was dangerous trying to parallel park on that street. The pictures and all the steps and needing to be at the locations before beginning anything feels severely outdated. So many rental services have gps locators and dedicated parking/ docking. Never again, please improve your servicesJoel B.

The checking was good but, the U Haul employee was rushing me to return the truck and insisting to do checkout on an app that I don't have, she called me 4 times during traffic in downtown Brooklyn. I felt uncomfortable. Normally, the client gives an estimated time for the return within a 24/7 service, I returned the van half hour later. The pickup took under 15 minutes! The staff were incredibly efficient and helpful, despite their long shifts. The van did have residue of some animal being transported, but was totally bearable and the van worked great. I checked in at the desk, they gave me the keys, I took photos to update the van's condition, and then drove off!Athena S.

This was the third location I was sent to in three hours. I was on the phone with U-Haul for 3.5 hours trying to locate my reserved vehicle. It was a truly stressful and exhausting situation. U-Haul was not very helpful in finding solutions.Marina G.

This experience was amazing! We arrived on time, it was really easy to coordinate the check in and our vehicle was ready for us within fifteen minutes. Super speedy, friendly and efficient service. The best thing about this location is the manger, Leslie! Three times within the last month I've rented from this location and 2 out of those 3 I've had an issue with my rental and/or rental location that Leslie kindly and patiently solved. The customer service she provided was/is absolutely golden. I wish that she was apart of a better UHaul location. I will not be renting from them again.Warner M.
The UHaul corporate site messed up the mobile delivery so I was not able to pick up. The UHaul contact at the pick up was off that day and had to call in to help me get access to my U-Haul. She and the team at N&B were great, but she should not have had to work on her day off.Jacob S.

When return the vehicle you have to clock the vehicle out by login-ing and use your location to verify you are at the drip location with the vehicle. However I'd your phone isn't compatible, the you are still PAYING FOR A VEHICLE while the polite lady is helping taking pictures of the miles and inspecting the vehicle. Only the the clock is stopped and you are not presently paying for the vehicle you are not using, which can take up to 30minutes.RUSSELL G.

I had a terrible experience they had no availability for a pickup truck or cargo van so I had to take a box truck then charged me for more fuel bc it's a bigger truck and the gas showing was off and they charged me miles that I didn't use and also tried to charge me just to return the truck really had bad experienceMenachem S.

This truck was in terrible condition. The worst problem was the windshield wipers didn't work. The arms moved but the wipers did not clear water. They should have been replaced a long time ago. Also, the transmission seemed bad bc the RPMs would go very high when my foot was not on the gas, and shifted down to a low gear after taking my foot off the gas several times. Not as bad, but also not great, was they gave me the truck with only 1/4 tank of gas, which made it very hard for me to return it with the same amount of gas. I turned it back in with a half of a tank and was not compensated for the approx $30 of gas i paid for but did not use. The pickup location also did not give me the dolly i reserved and had less than half of the blankets i reserved. It was by far my worst U-Haul experience. Driving in the rain with bad windshield wipers when all of your possessions are in the back of the truck is extremely stressful and scary. I will be contacting U-Haul customer service about this experience.Brian F.

There was no one who works for U-haul at this location. The staff there couldn't give me a key even though I had a reservation and checked in on my phone. I ended up waiting nearly an hour to get a key from the staff when they finally called someone from Uhaul for me.Carlos P.
Hi, On September 10th, I rented a U-haul cargo van and had issues locating and unlocking the vehicle, which caused me to miss my scheduled appointment for which why I was using the U-haul. The reservation said I could use the mobile website to unlock the van, but when I got to the location (on-time), the van was not at the location, as it said it would be. While looking for the vehicle, the reservation updated and switched to a new van. Once we found the vehicle, the mobile website wasn't able to unlock the van, like it said it would. We then had to go to the U-Haul office down the street to get the keys. A frustrating experience, which took way longer than we expected. Thanks,JOSHUA L.
