I say, Kevin went above and beyond all the other places that I rented from. He helped me tremendously. I really appreciate him. Then he has a small business, just so happened that I was bringing back my snow blower from storage with the U-haul. He will be giving it the once. Two peanuts one squirrel.
deborah bWent to drop off rental per location on contract to be told UHAUL changed the location. Then had to find a way to get to the other location more than 30 miles different from where I wanted to drop rental off, and then was charged for the overage in mileage! When reaching out to UHAUL about the additional charges, was told I would be "contacted within 3-5 buisness days" but they had no problem taking money from my account within hours! This whole experience was awful and costed us more than quoted and was not like any other rental experience I have ever had with UHAUL before!
