Location did not have pre-paid furniture blankets which I ordered and still have not received a refund for. Truck had slow leak in rear right tire. Had to fill it up s number of times at my expense and time.Nick A.

We arrived to pick up the van and a car was blocking the van in and it could not be moved, as well the van did not have a full tank. The cashier stated the transaction would be refunded within 24 hours and this has not happened. Instead we have been charged for a service we were not able to use.Marlene I.

The store rep. did not make it clear that he was a U-Haul representative and could help me with a sign-in issue/ check-in issue. My license had expired, but I had the renewal paperwork on my phone. The app would not let me submit the paperwork, as you cannot access your phone library, and the app help chat directed me to reach out to the store individual. I asked him if he could help, and he stated that it was all online, he couldn't help me. He didn't ask for my reservation number or anything at first. I think they need some training in standard questions to ask to help you resolve issues, as I could have easily dealt with him.Vidya A.
